Abstract: A method includes obtaining source data containing feedback information, identifying different phrases of interest in the feedback information, generating count data that indicates how often the different phrases of interest appear in the feedback information, determining counts of how often the phrases of interest appear in the feedback information, and modifying a count that is representative of how often at least one phrase of interest appears in the feedback data. The count is modified by reducing the count by a count of how often another, shorter phrase of interest also appears in the feedback data. The method also includes generating at least one interface respectively reflecting the count data for the different phrases of interest and the count that has been modified.

Abstract: Methods and systems for graphical medicine display are described. In one embodiment, prescription drug data associated with a prescription drug is accessed. The prescription drug is associated with a member. The prescription drug data includes prescription name data, prescription packaging data, prescription pill data, and dosage data. A prescription pill indicator and a prescription package indicator based on the prescription drug data are determined. A medicine display based on the prescription drug data associated with the prescription drug is generated. The medicine display includes the prescription pill indicator in association with the prescription package indicator, a prescription name indicator, and a dosage indicator. The prescription name data, the prescription packaging data, and the prescription pill data are associated with the prescription drug and the dosage data is associated with the member.

Abstract: Method starts with processing, by processor, receiving audio signal of communication session between member-related client device and agent client device. Processor processes audio signal to generate caller utterances, each including audio caller utterance and transcribed caller utterance. Caller utterances includes first and second caller utterances. For each of the plurality of caller utterances, processor generates relationship data based on transcribed caller utterance, generates identified task based on transcribed caller utterance, and generates task completion probability result based on audio caller utterance, relationship data, and identified task, and stores the task completion probability result in a database. Processor computes agent action ranking score that is based on difference between task completion probability result of first caller utterance and task completion probability result of second caller utterance that precedes first caller utterance.

Abstract: A method includes identifying drugs to be dispensed from medication containers within filling cabinets in a pharmacy dispensing system. The drugs are automatically dispensed from the medication containers into pill containers. The method also includes determining a distribution parameter for the medication containers. The distribution parameter represents one or more of a quantity of the drugs that is dispensed or a limit on dispensing the drugs. The method also includes determining at least one allocation of the drugs in the medication containers that differs from a current allocation of the drugs in the medication containers, and changing the current allocation of the drugs in the medication containers to increase a distribution velocity at which the drugs are dispensed from the pharmacy dispensing system.

Abstract: A pharmaceutical order filling system uses pucks disposed on a pallet to accommodate a plurality of container sizes into which pharmaceuticals can be dispensed. An order processing device receives a pharmaceutical order and identifies a size of container into which a pharmaceutical in the pharmaceutical order should be dispensed. A pallet sizing and pucking device is configured: to configure a pallet with a plurality of pucks adapted to accommodate containers and to configure the pucks on a pallet in a manner that will facilitate efficient fulfillment of the pharmaceutical order.

Abstract: A container to hold contents therein is described with a gauge to indicate the level of contents in the container. The container can be a prescription container to store capsules, tablets, pills and the like. A label is affixed outside the container and is substantially opaque such that the interior is not visible through the label. The label including a vertical, transparent viewing window to see past the label, through the container wall to view the contents therein. The label includes indicia and indicators adjacent the window to indicate a time remaining for the supply of contents in the container or other characteristics of the contents. The time remaining can be calculated by the container volume and characteristics of the contents.

Abstract: Methods and systems for prescription drug shipping selection are provided. For example, a shipping temperature for a prescription drug may be identified. A forecast temperature may be determined for a shipping origin and a forecast temperature may be determined for a shipping destination. One or more potential packing configurations capable of achieving the shipping temperature between the shipping origin and the shipping destination may be determined. A shipping cost for each of the one or more potential packing configurations may be calculated. Packaging materials and labor cost may additionally be considered. Other methods and systems are described.

Abstract: A container disassembly workstation for a pharmacy order processing system includes a base, a desktop connected to the base and defining a container disassembly workspace, and a pharmaceutical receptacle assembly extending through the desktop. The pharmaceutical receptacle assembly includes a pharmaceutical dust separation screen configured to retain pharmaceuticals and to permit pharmaceutical dust to pass through the pharmaceutical dust separation screen. The pharmaceutical receptacle assembly also includes a pharmaceutical dust receptacle configured to receive the pharmaceutical dust separation screen and pharmaceutical dust from the pharmaceuticals.

Abstract: A method includes receiving a data processing request at a computing system. The data processing request identifies data to be compared to sets of criteria according to a predefined sequence of the sets that is defined by a non-variant logic process. The method also includes determining whether the request is to be processed according to a variant logic process that defines a modified sequence of the criteria sets than the non-variant logic process. The method also includes dynamically altering the predefined sequence of the criteria sets to the modified sequence responsive to determining that the request is to be processed using the variant logic process, comparing the data identified by the request with the criteria sets according to the modified sequence, and processing the data according to the criteria sets of criteria in the modified sequence.

Abstract: Systems and methods for folding a stack of substrate sheets are provided. The system may include a roller assembly and a positioning mechanism. The roller assembly is configured for folding the stack of substrate sheets and the positioning mechanism is configured to position the substrate or stack for entry into the roller assembly. The positioning mechanism includes an upper curved for and a lower curved form to guide the stack of substrate sheets into a curved position for folding. The positioning mechanism further includes a folding blade positioned to extend through the gap between the upper and lower curved forms. The roller assembly can move the folded stack of substrate sheets in at least two directions.

Abstract: A method includes receiving a data access request at a computing system. The data access request is for completion of a first data processing task using the computing system. The method also includes accessing a plurality of first document types associated with a plurality of data processing tasks that include the first data processing task. The plurality of first document types indicates which of various subsets of data are required to complete the plurality of data processing tasks. The method also includes accessing a plurality of second document types that indicate assignments of the plurality of data processing tasks to a plurality of system requestors that includes the first system requestor, and executing the first data processing task based on the plurality of first document types and the plurality of second document types.

Abstract: A pharmaceutical order filling system uses a physical parameter that occurs during attaching cap to a pharmaceutical container to determine if the cap is properly engaged. The physical parameter may be torque on the cap when placed on the container. An order processing device receives a pharmaceutical order and sends the order to a dispensing device that fills the container with a pharmaceutical in the pharmaceutical order. A cap device is configured to apply the cap the container containing the pharmaceutical from the dispensing device, wherein the cap device is configured to sense the physical parameter, e.g., torque, to the cap when applying the cap to the container.

Abstract: A system for integrating a telephone system and a computing system includes an interactive voice response (IVR) platform configured to: obtain a command based on an audio input from a user, determine a web application that corresponds to the command, determine a goal in the web application associated with the command, and obtain information indicating a shortest user interface path to the goal. The system includes a cobrowse client configured to receive a document object model (DOM) of a current state of the web application from a cobrowse session. The IVR platform is configured to, based on the DOM, determine a next user interface action along the shortest user interface path and generate a voice prompt for the user based on the next user interface action. The cobrowse client is configured to receive an updated DOM in response to execution by the user of the next user interface action.

The system includes a plurality of packing workstations, each packing workstation including an opening to receive a scale and a plurality of receptacles configured to receive shipping label printers. The system also includes at least one inspection workstation, the at least one inspection workstation including at least one product scanner. Abstract: Data threat evaluation systems and methods are described. A data model structure includes a root object query that, when executed, returns a third data subset from the plurality of data types that predate a known threat, the third data subset including data types in both the first data subset and the second data subset; and a model schema to extract, from the third data subset, data types of the first subset that predicate and indicate the threat, the model schema to produce at least an individualized data threat regression model, a script originator regression model, and a script filler data threat regression model using the extracted data types. The system may use the individualized data threat regression model, the script originator regression model, and the script filler data threat regression model back on the data set to identify potential threats. The system can be applied as a fraud, waste or abuse detector.

Abstract: An automated dispensing device for a pharmaceutical order filling system includes an order processing device to receive a pharmaceutical order. The order processing device includes a cell for containing an available quantity of a pharmaceutical of the pharmaceutical order, and an insert received in the cell. The insert has a dispensing tube, and is adapted to receive the available quantity of the pharmaceutical and to dispense a measured quantity of the pharmaceutical through the dispensing tube. The cell includes a funnel having a weighted gate adapted to receive the dispensing tube of the insert.

Abstract: A method includes capturing a first image of medication held by a receptacle. The method includes creating a second image based on the first image. The method includes determining a first subset of pixels of the second image that are more likely to correspond to the receptacle. The method includes processing the second image along a first axis by, for each point: defining a line perpendicularly intersecting the first axis at the point and counting how many of the pixels located along the line are in the first subset. The method includes determining first and second local maxima of the counts. The method includes estimating positions of first and second edges of the receptacle based on positions of the local maxima. The method includes defining an ellipse based on the first and second edges and excluding areas of the first image outside the defined ellipse from further processing.

Abstract: A charge adjustment device, located at a residence, includes a container identification module, a charge determination module, and a charge control module. The container identification module is configured to determine a prescription identifier (RX ID) of a cap attached to a container. The charge determination module is configured to establish a connection with a remote data source over a network and, according to the RX ID, obtain information indicating a desired charge amount of a battery of the cap. The charge control module is configured to selectively control additional charge to be supplied to the battery based on the desired charge amount.

Abstract: A pharmaceutical order filling system receives pharmaceutical orders and uses a loading device to label containers and load the labeled containers onto a pallet. The loading device is configured with at least one container drop assembly that receives containers to be labelled and loaded onto the pallet and that is in communication with a label assembly configured to print and apply labels to the containers. The loading device also includes at least one loading rotary wheel configured to receive the labelled containers and hold the labelled containers in a pick position to be moved from the pick position to a predetermined position on the pallet. The loading device may be configured to accommodate multiple sizes of containers and to consolidate multiple sizes of labelled containers into a single loading rotary wheel for loading onto the pallet.
