Abstract: A computer system for testing a user interface (UI) includes a test execution module and an analysis module. The analysis module is configured to (i) analyze a state of the UI, (ii) in response to determining that the state satisfies criteria for a goal associated with the UI, output a success indicator, and (iii) in response to determining that the state does not satisfy the criteria, output a set of actions. The test execution module is configured to, in response to the output being the set of actions: execute an action from the set of actions; update a test distance, and supplement test data. The test execution module is further configured to (i) in response to the output being the success indicator, store the test distance and the test data in a collection of completed tests and (ii) determine a shortest path to the goal in the UI.

Abstract: A system comprising a staging area and a packing area. The staging area may include a plurality of staging bins and a shuttle moveable along the plurality of staging bins. A staging bin of the plurality of staging bins may be configured to selectively retain a component of an order therein. Such staging bin may be configured to selectively release the component to the shuttle. The packing area may include a slide, a scanner, and a wrap seal conveyor. The shuttle may be configured to release the component onto the slide, and the scanner may be operable to scan and verify the component during placement of the component onto the wrap seal conveyor.

Abstract: A pharmaceutical filling system for a high volume pharmacy is described. The system can include a manual pick/pack device and method. The system may include a rotation assembly, a left door and a right door, both positioned below the rotation assembly, a left divider positioned below the left door, and a right divider positioned below the right door, and a left gathering table positioned below the left divider, and a right gathering table positioned below the right divider. The system may also include a control device in electronic communication with the rotation assembly, the doors and the dividers for control of same.

Abstract: Methods and systems for rebate modeling are described. In an embodiment, a formulary of a plan sponsor is accessed. Prescription drug utilization data is accessed. Drug pricing information is accessed. Benefit design including co-pay structure of the plan sponsor is accessed. A plan sponsor rebate for a drug classification is calculated. An alternate plan sponsor rebate is calculated based on a formulary modification, a benefit design modification, or both the formulary modification and the benefit design modification. A difference between the plan sponsor rebate and alternate plan sponsor rebate is determined. A display is generated based on a determination of the difference. Abstract: A pharmaceutical order filling system receives pharmaceutical orders and uses an accumulation device to accumulate bottles of pharmaceuticals corresponding to the pharmaceutical orders. The accumulation device is configured with a table assembly that includes a plurality of holding tubes configured to accumulate multiple bottles corresponding to pharmaceutical orders. The accumulation device also includes a bottle pick and place assembly configured to place bottles into holding tubes and an unload assembly configured to empty accumulated bottles from holding tubes into an unload assembly tube. The accumulation device may be further configured to receive and temporarily store a single bottle of a prescription order. The accumulation device may be configured to release accumulated bottles onto a conveyor in an upright position.

Abstract: The present disclosure describes calculating, using a stochastic medical performance model, to predict behavior of a member set for a medical plan. The member set includes virtual members that may be added over the time period of interest to a medical plan. The member set may remove actual members from the member set if it is predicted that they will leave the plan over the time period.

Abstract: A pharmaceutical filling system for a high volume pharmacy is described. The system can include a spill detection subsystem and method. The system can include a cameras to take images that a processed to determine presence of a spilled pharmaceutical. A mirror portion is provided so that the camera can take images of the entire field of the filling area. The mirror portion can be a concave mirror that increases the field of view of the camera. A light panel can illuminate the field of view to allow the camera to take high speed images. A controller can receive a series of at least two images captured by the camera and determine whether an object in the captured images is a spilled pharmaceutical.

Abstract: A computerized search method includes receiving first input designating a first location of a first analytic. The method includes, in response to a scheduling event, obtaining a first document from the first location, identifying a first predefined label within the first document, obtaining first and second data associated with the first predefined label, storing the first datum into a value index as a current value of the first analytic, and storing the second datum into a text index as a textual description of the first analytic. The method includes presenting a search interface and, in response to receiving a search query from a user: identifying a set of result analytics relevant to the search query based on the text index and presenting, for each of the result analytics, a textual description of the analytic from the text index and a most recent value of the analytic from the value index.

Abstract: A pharmacy order processing system includes a container disassembly workstation defining a container disassembly workspace and a bulk container area including a plurality of bulk containers configured to receive a plurality of pharmaceuticals. The container disassembly workstation includes a holding area, a cutter device, a container manipulation device, a pharmaceutical receptacle, and a container receptacle. The cutter device includes a cutter head and is configured to cut through at least one wall of at least one container to separate at least a first portion of the at least one container of the plurality of containers from a second portion of the at least one container when the at least one container is in a cutter position. The container manipulation includes a gripper device and is configured to move the at least one container between at least the holding position and the cutter position within the container disassembly workspace.

Abstract: Methods and systems for predicting adherence to Multiple Sclerosis treatment are described. In one embodiment, a member undergoing a Multiple Sclerosis treatment is identified. Member data associated with the member undergoing the Multiple Sclerosis treatment is accessed. Pre-prediction time period adherence data associated with the member, member prescription data associated with the member, member family data associated with the member, and member demographic data associated with the member are determined based on the member data associated with the member. A likelihood that the member will be adherent to the Multiple Sclerosis treatment over a prediction time period is determined based on the pre-prediction time period adherence data, member prescription data, member family data, and member demographic data. Other methods and systems are described.

Abstract: A web-based display system includes a frame loading module that loads a plurality of frames, including a first frame from a first location and a second frame from a second location, in response to loading of a parent web page. A transformation interface module presents a user interface element in the parent web page for receiving a filtering selection from the user. A communication module assigns first and second unique identifiers to first and second frames and transmits handshake requests to the frames including the unique identifiers. In response to receiving a first message from the first frame, the communication module selectively broadcasts a first broadcast message to all of the plurality of frames. In response to the transformation interface module receiving the filtering selection from the user, the communication module broadcasts a filter message based on the filtering selection to all of the plurality of frames.

Abstract: Method and systems for accumulation are described. In one embodiment, a dispensing station includes a receiving opening, a dispensing opening and a storage area. The dispensing station receives and dispenses a container. A transportable storage system includes multiple partitions disposed on a carrier portion to define multiple carriage sections. The carriage sections are electronically identifiable and selectively hold or eject the container. A bin apparatus for receiving the container includes a movable portion to selectively hold and release the container. A control unit for commanding the bin apparatus to dispense the container to a desired carriage section of the transportable storage system is provided. Additional methods and systems are disclosed.

Abstract: Methods and systems for pharmacy modeling are described. The risk adjusted pharmacy predictive model is created from member data, claims data, and population data. This model can be used to compare the actual pharmacy performance to an expected actual pharmacy performance value, which can be used to identify pharmacies at risk or not performing to an acceptable level. The model can be used for adherence and generic drug utilization ratings of pharmacies. The pharmacy can be judged on a therapy class by therapy class basis with factors that reflect the demographic, socio-economic, location, benefits attributes, etc. that actually affect the performance of the pharmacy and may assist in determining the quality of care by a pharmacy.

Abstract: Systems and methods for integrating data are described. In an example embodiment, a plurality of data attributes of comparison data and the plurality of data attributes of a master record are respectively compared to determine that there is a difference, the comparison data originating from a data source. A relative level of source priority of the data source of the comparison data is determined relative to the data source of a current state version of the master record in accordance with source evaluation criteria. The current state version of the master record is stored in reference data based on a determination that there is a difference and that the source priority of the data source of the comparison data is equal to or greater than the data source of the current state version of the master record.

Abstract: A pharmaceutical filling system for a high volume pharmacy is described. The system can include an outflow conveyor, and an injection conveyor to inject a package located thereon onto the outflow conveyor. The injection conveyor can be adjacent to the outflow conveyor and oriented substantially perpendicular to the outflow conveyor. The system can also include a monitoring system positioned to perform package monitoring of the outflow conveyor and to image the package on the outflow conveyor after the package has been injected onto the outflow conveyor. The monitoring system can be further configured to determine an intended destination of the package based on an identifier detected on the package in the image captured by the monitoring system. A routing device can be positioned to perform package routing of the package to an accumulation area for packages based on the determination of the intended destination of the package.

Abstract: A pharmaceutical order filling system uses pucks disposed on a pallet to accommodate a plurality of container sizes into which pharmaceuticals can be dispensed. An order processing device receives a pharmaceutical order and identifies a size of container into which a pharmaceutical in the pharmaceutical order should be dispensed. A pallet sizing and pucking device is configured: to configure a pallet with a plurality of pucks adapted to accommodate containers and to configure the pucks on a pallet in a manner that will facilitate efficient fulfillment of the pharmaceutical order.

Abstract: Methods and systems for managing drug usage are provided. In an embodiment, reminder data associated with a drug treatment plan of a patient is accessed. The reminder data includes a reminder time indicia and a patient identifier associated with the patient. The drug treatment plan is associated with a drug to be taken by the patient. A determination of whether a reminder criterion of the prescription drug treatment plan has been met is made based on the reminder time indicia. A patient messaging configuration is accessed based on the patient identifier. A notification is generated based on a determination that the reminder criterion has been met and the patient messaging configuration. Additional methods and systems are disclosed.

Abstract: Methods and systems for predicting estimation of project factors in software development environment are described. In one embodiment, a project analyst device receives first input data including at least one type of first software development model and associated one or more first project development data from a user. A feedback device loaded in a project estimation device identifies one or more first software project risk factors based on the at least one type of the first software development model. The project estimation device processes the one or more first project development data using the identified one or more first software project risk factors to identify one or more first intermediate data required for project factors estimation, and predicts estimations of the project factors using the identified one or more first intermediate data.
