Abstract: A pen for writing and/or drawing purposes, and having a shaft and a core which is arranged within the shaft and is axially adjustable in the longitudinal direction of the shaft between an active position and an inoperative position. The core is completely arranged within the shaft in the inoperative position and projects with an overhang from a front end of the shaft in the active position. An actuating element is provided which is movable perpendicularly to the longitudinal direction of the shaft between an active position and an inoperative position and which is operatively connected to the core via a connecting element in such a way that, during a movement of the actuating element perpendicularly to the longitudinal direction of the shaft between the inoperative position and the active position, the core is axially adjustable in the longitudinal direction of the shaft.

Abstract: A writing, marking and/or drawing liquid for writing implements, especially for capillary pens, which has a viscosity of less than 50 mPas (Brookfield, 20° C., CPE-40 plate-cone), contains a resin mixture dissolved in a solvent matrix having at least one solvent. Wherein the resin mixture contains a first resin in the form of a modified resin ester and/or a dissolved polyester resin and a second resin in the form of a maleate resin and/or a rosin, especially a phenol-modified rosin. Additives are present in the form of at least one fluorosurfactant as wetter and at least one polyethersiloxane copolymer as glidant.

Abstract: A case has a body formed of a lower shell and an upper shell pivotally connected to each other. The lower shell contains a plurality of compartments serving to receive objects. A plate, one side of which bears holding elements for writing implements, is mounted on the body in a manner such that it can pivot about a pivot axis running approximately parallel to the flat plane of the lower shell. The plate, in a first pivoted position, rests on the lower shell and covers at least some of the compartments thereof and, in a second pivoted position, is swung out of the lower shell.
Abstract: A pencil has a shaft with a rear portion and a front portion which bears an application element on its front end. The pencil further has a cap which has on its rear end facing the shaft an opening, by way of which it is placed onto the front portion in the non-use state of the pencil. Inside the cap is a receiving sleeve, which receives the application element and has on its rear end facing the shaft an insertion opening for the application element. The receiving sleeve is guided so as to be axially movable between a first end position and a second end position. The receiving sleeve is arranged fully inside the cap in the first end position and its rear end projects out of the opening of the cap with a projection in the second end position.
Abstract: A lead for painting includes a water-insoluble lead basic mass in which a water-soluble dye is present. A method of painting with a lead is also provided.

Abstract: A rotary pencil includes a sleeve-shaped shaft having a front end and a rear end, a threaded spindle mounted to be fixed against rotation and axially movable in said shaft and having an at least single-start external thread. At least one threaded element is fixed in axial and rotating directions relative to the shaft and engages into the external thread. The front end of the external thread is adjoined by a cylindrical spindle section which extends over the entire circumference of the spindle, namely a free-running section, and has an external diameter corresponding to a core diameter of the external thread.
Abstract: An aqueous cosmetic preparation for coloring the eyelids and eyebrows contains 0.1% by weight to 5% by weight of polyvinyl pyrrolidone; 4% by weight to 25% by weight of an alcohol from the group of ethanol and propanol; 2% by weight to 15% by weight of a dampening agent; 0.1% by weight to 5% by weight of polyoxyethylene glycerin fatty acid ester and/or polyether-modified polysiloxane; and a colorant. The cosmetic preparation has a viscosity of less than 50 mPas (Brookfield, 25° C.).
Abstract: An aqueous cosmetic preparation for coloring of eyelids and eyebrows contains 3-35 wt. % of an aqueous plastic dispersion based on an acrylate polymer and having a 30-50% solids content, 1-20 wt. % of at least one alcohol being ethanol and/or propanol, 2-25 wt. % of at least one moisture-retention agent, 0.2-5 wt. % of a polyoxyethylene glycerin fatty acid ester and/or a polyether-modified polysiloxane, and a colorant. The preparation has a Brookfield viscosity at 25° C. of less than 50 mPa-sec.
Abstract: A metallic ink includes 30% to 80% water, 0.4% to 10% color pigments having a particle size ?6 ?m, 1% to 15% dissolved resin from the group consisting of maleate resin and/or maleic acid modified rosin, 1% to 15% metallic pigments having a particle size distribution D50<25 ?m, 1% to 20% humectants, 0.1% to 10% additives and a viscosity of 5-10 mPa·s (Brookfield, CPE-40 spindle, 20 rpm).
