Abstract: An article, in particular a writing implement, has a gripping zone with raised structures. In which case, in a region of the gripping zone, the article is coated with a film which has the raised structures on its surface. In particular, the adherence of the raised structures to the surface of the article is improved.
Abstract: A rotary pencil includes a sleeve-shaped shaft having a front end and a rear end, a threaded spindle mounted to be fixed against rotation and axially movable in said shaft and having an at least single-start external thread. At least one threaded element is fixed in axial and rotating directions relative to the shaft and engages into the external thread. The front end of the external thread is adjoined by a cylindrical spindle section which extends over the entire circumference of the spindle, namely a free-running section, and has an external diameter corresponding to a core diameter of the external thread.
Abstract: A case, in particular for writing utensils, has a shell-like lower part and a shell-shaped upper part. The two parts are pivotally connected to one another. The upper part has a viewing window. A holding device for a decorative material blank is disposed on the inner side aligned with and covering the viewing window on the inside.
Abstract: A pen includes a shank that has a reservoir and an applicator tip for an application fluid that includes a solvent that is volatile at room temperature. The pen also includes a closure cap that is fitted onto the shank. The closure cap has a cavity that accommodates the applicator tip. The closure cap includes a storage chamber for accommodating a sacrificial liquid that is volatile at room temperature. The closure cap also has a connecting channel that communicates with the storage chamber and the cavity.
Abstract: A method for producing raised structures serving as grip nubs on a surface of a pencil, in which, with the help of a nozzle, a plastic preparation is applied. The plastic preparation includes a radiation-curable plastic mass and has the following composition: plastic mass formed from 40% to 98% wt.; oligomer and monomer photoinitiator system 0.1% to 30% wt.; amorphous silicon dioxide 0.3% to 30% wt.; and/or micronized amide wax colorant 0% to 60% wt.; filler 0% to 60% wt.; and further additives 0% to 10% wt.

Abstract: An article, more particularly a pencil-like writing implement has a grip zone which serves for handling. At least part of the grip zone bears individual silicone rubber structures formed as separate parts and project from a surface of the grip zone. Ideally the structures are soft, have good tactility and grip, and adhere well to a multiplicity of different materials.

Abstract: A case has a body formed of a lower shell and an upper shell pivotally connected to each other. The lower shell contains a plurality of compartments serving to receive objects. A plate, one side of which bears holding elements for writing implements, is mounted on the body in a manner such that it can pivot about a pivot axis running approximately parallel to the flat plane of the lower shell. The plate, in a first pivoted position, rests on the lower shell and covers at least some of the compartments thereof and, in a second pivoted position, is swung out of the lower shell.

The upper part has a viewing window. A holding device for a decorative material blank is disposed on the inner side aligned with and covering the viewing window on the inside.
Abstract: A thermoplastic molding material contains between 10% and 35% by weight of an ethylene copolymer wax with hydrophilic groups, with a melting point between 75° C. and 110° C., and cellulose containing fibers with a share of between 45% and 90% by weight relative to the dry mass of the fibers. Molded bodies may be formed from the molding material, such as pencil casings.

Abstract: An aqueous cosmetic preparation for coloring of eyelids and eyebrows contains 3-35 wt. % of an aqueous plastic dispersion based on an acrylate polymer and having a 30-50% solids content, 1-20 wt. % of at least one alcohol being ethanol and/or propanol, 2-25 wt. % of at least one moisture-retention agent, 0.2-5 wt. % of a polyoxyethylene glycerin fatty acid ester and/or a polyether-modified polysiloxane, and a colorant. The preparation has a Brookfield viscosity at 25° C. of less than 50 mPa-sec.
Abstract: An aqueous cosmetic preparation for coloring the eyelids and eyebrows contains 0.1% by weight to 5% by weight of polyvinyl pyrrolidone; 4% by weight to 25% by weight of an alcohol from the group of ethanol and propanol; 2% by weight to 15% by weight of a dampening agent; 0.1% by weight to 5% by weight of polyoxyethylene glycerin fatty acid ester and/or polyether-modified polysiloxane; and a colorant. The cosmetic preparation has a viscosity of less than 50 mPas (Brookfield, 25° C.).
