The first vane set may consist of one or two individual vanes. An external vane set may extend outwardly from the first cylindrical rim, wherein a root of each vane is attached to the first cylindrical rim and a tip of each vane is not attached to any cylindrical rim.
Abstract: A fracturing manifold module of a fracturing manifold system for controlling the flow of fracturing fluid from a shared manifold trunk line to a plurality of wellheads each adapted for fracturing a well. The fracturing manifold module includes a transport skid adapted to be ground supported and a flow control unit supported on the transport skid and including an inlet adapted for connection along an axis of the shared manifold trunk line, an outlet adapted for connection to one of the plurality of wellheads via one or more fluid conduits, and one or more flow control valves between the inlet and the outlet. The transport skid and the flow control unit are connected together to provide for rotation of the flow control unit relative to the transport skid in a generally horizontal x-y plane relative to the ground, said rotation being about a z-axis perpendicular to the x-y plane to provide for adjustable connection to the fracturing manifold system at one or both of the inlet and the outlet.

Abstract: A water inlet protection system and apparatus for removing sediment and/or chemical from water or other fluids is provided. The system may include a filtration material that is configured to be water permeable and to collect sediment within the water. The system may be configured to be removably secured to various types of storm drains or water inlets. The system may include a frame configured to be removably attached to a storm grate. The frame may also include a plurality of tabs extending from the frame and be slidably adjustable. The system may also include an s-clip member or magnets for removably securing the filtration material to a storm drain or water inlet. Furthermore, the water inlet protection system may include one or more over-flow protection openings. The over-flow protection openings may include a raised member or barrier to regulate the water level where over-flow occurs.
Abstract: A shield for a compartment opening of a refuse truck body, comprising an upper segment hinged to the truck body and a lower segment hinged to the upper segment. A source of power selectively pivots the lower segment relative to the upper segment. This enables a first angle of articulation whereby the upper segment covers an upper region of the compartment opening and the lower segment covers a lower region of the compartment opening whereby the shield covers the entire opening of the compartment; a second angle whereby the upper segment covers the upper region of the opening and the lower segment is positioned such that refuse can be swept beneath the lower segment into the lower region of the opening; and a third angle whereby the upper and lower segments fully uncover the compartment opening, whereby refuse can be freely dumped out of the compartment.

Abstract: A ball injector for connecting below the frac head of a frac tree to accommodate and sequentially drop a ball into the axial passageway of the frac tree. The ball injector has an axial passage of an injector housing aligned with the axial passageway of the frac tree. A ball cartridge assembly stores one or more balls and sequentially delivers one ball to a port in the ball cartridge assembly. A ball launch side arm extends from the injector housing and forms a ball launch passageway communicating between the ball cartridge port and the axial passage. A first valve member in the ball launch passageway is opened to pass the ball into the axial passage, and is closed to isolate the ball cartridge assembly from a pressure in the axial passage. A second valve member between the first valve member and the ball cartridge assembly may be included to form a pressure isolation chamber between the valve members. Embodiments of ball cartridge assemblies to horizontally store a plurality of balls is provided.

Abstract: A multi-compartment, sweeper-type rear loading refuse packer, in which a single pack blade is pivotally connected to a multi-section sweep blade. Only a single pack blade is needed to move all the sections of the sweep blade toward the compartments. As the type of refuse in each compartment is different and must be offloaded separately, especially in a three-compartment system, two anti-spill plates are provided for selective blocking of the lower portion of the outer two compartments. Seal plates can also be provided for selective blocking of the upper portion of the outer two compartments, whereby an anti-spill plate and paired seal plate confront and close the opening of the associated refuse compartment when the compaction unit is pivoted to the ejection position.
Abstract: A method for contactless and non-destructive determination of the layer thicknesses of lacquer layers of vehicle parts is disclosed. In addition, the invention relates to a device to determine and measure the lacquer layers of vehicle part, the device constructed for performing optical coherence tomography and includes at least one radiation source for providing electromagnetic radiation and the electromagnetic radiation provides a wavelength (?) of 100 nm-15ยท103 nm and in particular 380 nm to 800 nm.

Abstract: Floor lamps with arch-shaped support rod are provided. Such floor lamps include a cap and a dome-shaped wall projecting from the top of the cap which is provided with a plurality of through-holes. An LED optical group provides a dissipation plate in contact with the dome-shaped wall. The plate has a plurality of holes or open curvilinear recesses along the peripheral edge, arranged substantially to conceal from the observer the dissipation wall.
Abstract: A retrofit motorized actuator assembly is attachable to a portion of a fluid pipe having a manually actuated valve connected in series. The valve includes a cantilevered valve handle manually rotatable about a valve axis. The retrofit motorized actuator assembly includes a motorized actuator including a drive shaft extension rotatably controllable by the motorized actuator about a drive shaft axis. A mounting assembly is configured to fixedly attach to the portion of the fluid pipe and also fixedly position the motorized actuator wherein the drive shaft axis of the motorized actuator is aligned with the valve axis. A quick connect clamp is configured to fixedly attach together both the drive shaft extension and the cantilevered valve handle. The quick connect clamp is configured to be attachable and removable with just the use of a user's hands without the need for auxiliary tools.
Abstract: A support dressing comprises a conformable material that is capable of conforming to a body part when secured thereto; an adhesive for releasably securing the dressing to the body part; and at least one resilient component that has greater stiffness than the flexible material. It is particularly useful in preventing or reducing undesired torsion, for example, for the neck.
