Abstract: The present invention relates to a system for authentication management of a sensor node having a subscription processing function, and a method for operating the system. Upon receiving information about a sensor node allocated with an IP address, the system supports the access of only authorized user equipment to a corresponding sensor node, which blocking any direct access of unauthorized user equipment to the sensor node, thereby strengthening the security of the sensor node. According to the present invention, a relay server receives subscription information from user equipment. The relay server checks permission validity of corresponding user equipment. If the user equipment has a valid permission, the relay server transmits the subscription information to a sensor node, and transmits subscription acceptance information to the user equipment. Then the sensor node transmits the collected and stored information to the user equipment having a valid permission.

  • Patent number: 8396697
Abstract: An error compensation method for multi-axis controlled machines generates an error compensation model for compensating for geometric error of a multi-axis controlled machine by separating an error matrix of a tool tip from an error synthesis model of a multi-axis controlled machine and calculates an error compensation value using the error compensation model and an inverse kinematic model so that the error matrix becomes an identity matrix. The error compensation method can reduce calculation error and calculation time due to complicated numerical analysis and compensate for error in the multi-axis controlled machine, regardless of its configuration.

  • Patent number: 8394698
Abstract: A NAND flash memory array, an operating method and a fabricating method of the same are provided. The NAND flash memory array has a cut-off gate line under a control gate in order to operate two cells having vertical channels independently with one control gate (i.e., a shared word line). The memory cell area is reduced considerably compared to the conventional vertical channel structure, and is better for high integration. A shared cut-off gate turn off is made during a programming operation and prevents programming the opposite cell by a self-boosting effect. It is possible to shield electrically with a shared word line (a control gate) during a reading operation, and minimizes the effect of storage condition of the opposite cell. Also, the NAND flash memory array can be fabricated by using the conventional CMOS process.
