Abstract: The present invention relates to a positively-charged body for a triboelectric generator and a triboelectric generator including the same. More particularly, the present invention relates to a positively-charged body based on a two-dimensional material including silicon oxide, and to a triboelectric generator including such a positively-charged body. Thus, a conventional manner in which the positively-charged body is mainly composed of a metal thin film or polymer is not used, but the positively-charged body is made of the silicon oxide and the two-dimensional material. Thus, charge generation efficiency of the generator via contact between the positively-charged body and a negatively-charged body may be dramatically enhanced.
