Abstract: The present invention relates to the technical field of measuring light source, specifically, to the method for measuring the luminous flux of LED. In the present invention, a reflecting cup is used as a collector of the luminous flux of LED. The collector has two sectional openings in the direction perpendicular to the symmetric axis thereof, which are positioned in the front and in the rear respectively, one of them positioned at the bottom end of the collector and having a smaller radius is used to input the light emitted by LED to be measured, the other positioned in the front end of the collector and having a larger radius is used to output the light to the detector placed in this position. Specifically, LED is fixed at the bottom end of the collector with a fixture, the light emitted by LED is directed toward the large opening of the collector, and the photometer is fixed closely at the large opening of the collector to receive light signals.

  • Patent number: 7476707
Abstract: A high solid polyester polyol/silica nanocomposite resin with low viscosity is synthesized by an in situ polymerization method, namely conducting condensation polymerization of polyol/diacid monomer with a molar ratio of 1.1˜1.5 in the presence of colloidal silica nanoparticles with a diameter of 10˜150 nm. The resulted nanocomposite resins has a solid content of >95%, molecular weight of 1000˜5000 g/mol and hydroxyl value of 80-200 mg KOH/g, and a viscosity in the range of 800-2000 mPa.s. The viscosities are especially lower than those obtained by a blending method. The nanosilica content in the nanocomposite resin is 1˜15% (based on the total solid content of nanocomposite resin). The high solid polyester polyol/silica nanocomposite resin was curable with isocyanate or melamine to prepare high solid transparent nanocomposite coatings with obviously improved abrasion and scratch resistance, hardness, weatherability etc.

  • Patent number: 7407789
Abstract: The present invention relates to the biotechnology field, more particularly, to novel recombinant staphylokinase (RGD/KGD-Sak) derivatives and the preparation the thereof. The derivatives, have a low polymerizing ability, low immunogenicity and a bifunctionality of thrombolytics and anticoagulant. Based on the trimensional structural analysis of the monomer and dimer of recombinant staphylokinases and their biochemical properties, we designed two novel bifunctional staphylokinase molecular structures. Mutant genes were constructed by PCR site-directed mutagenesis, which were then recombined with a prokaryotic vector and used to transform E. coli. Engineered strains with a high expression level were selected by screening and propagated by fermentation, followed by disruption of the cells, centrifugation to collect inclusion bodies, renaturation, and purification of RGD/KGD-SAK through a two-step method. After lyophilized, the polymerizing ability and immunogenicity of the products decreased significantly.

  • Patent number: 7226617
Abstract: The present invention provides a thermosensitive and biodegradable microgel and a method of synthesizing such microgels. The thermosensitive and biodegradable microgel is synthesized from a macromer comprising a thermosensitive block polymer co-polymerized with a biodegradable moiety encapped with a cross-linkable or polymerizable moiety at either end. The microgels of the present invention are synthesized by inverse suspension polymerization of the macromers. The microgels are biodegradable into components that are non-toxic and easily removed from the body. The microgel of the present invention is temperature sensitive and is “intelligent” as well as biodegradable. The microgels are preferably used for the controlled release of a drug or in tissue engineering. Most preferably, the microgels are suitable for the control release of biologically active substances such as proteins.
