  • Patent number: 11808781
Abstract: Methods and systems are provided for utilization of vehicle speed and barometric pressure sensors. In one example, a method may include measuring a change in a barometric pressure resulting from a measured change in a vehicle speed, modeling the change in the barometric pressure based on a change in a ram-air pressure resulting from the change in the vehicle speed, and indicating a degraded barometric pressure measurement when a difference between the measured and the modeled change in the barometric pressure is greater than a threshold pressure difference.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and products for resolving level ambiguity for radar systems of autonomous vehicles may include detecting a plurality of objects with a radar system. Each first detected object may be associated with an existing tracked object based on a first position thereof. First tracked object data based on a first height determined for each first detected object may be stored. The first height may be based on the position of the detected object, the existing tracked object, and a tile map. Second tracked object data based on a second height determined for each second detected object not associated with the existing tracked object(s) may be stored. The second height may be based on a position of each second detected object, a vector map, and the tile map. • Patent number: 11807062
Abstract: Exemplary embodiments described in this disclosure are generally directed to a collaborative relationship between a vehicle and a UAV. In one exemplary implementation, a computer that is provided in the vehicle uses images captured by an imaging system in the UAV together with images captured by an imaging system in the vehicle, to modify a suspension system of the vehicle based on a nature of the terrain located below, or ahead, of the vehicle. The computer may, for example, modify a suspension system before the vehicle reaches a rock or a pothole on the ground ahead. In another exemplary implementation, the computer may generate an augmented reality image that includes a 3D model of the vehicle rendered on an image of a terrain located below, or ahead of, the vehicle. The augmented reality image may be used by a driver of the vehicle to drive the vehicle over such terrain.

The ethylene-based polymers are polymerized units derived from ethylene, diene, and optionally one or more C3-C12?-olefins. The ethylene-based polymer includes a melt strength greater than negative 17 times the log base 10 of the melt index plus 25 ((MS)>?17*log (MI)+25). In the equation, MS is the melt strength in cN and MI is the melt index in g/10 min according to ASTM D1238. The ethylene-based polymer also includes an average g? that is greater than 0.70. The average g? is an intrinsic viscosity ratio determined by gel permeation chromatography using a triple detector.
