Abstract: The present teachings provide for a method of breeding livestock in vitro. Provided are steps to create embryonic stem cells from a plurality of blastocysts, genotype the embryonic stem cells to select the best embryos for mating to create offspring, and induce the embryonic stem cells into primordial germ cell-like cells (PGCLCs). Male PGCLCs are further induced into spermatogonial stem cell-like cells, and then spermatid-like cells. Female PGCLCs are induced into oocytes, which are then matured. The resulting gametes can then be mixed with each other or with opposite sex gametes from animals with desirable genetics to create the next generation of embryos, which can then be run through the process again. This method of in vitro breeding can be used to increase the speed of genetic progress in livestock.
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an intelligent response recommendation system for real-time voice counseling support and a method thereof. In responding to a customer's question by a customer service representative, the system is configured to: extract voice data of a voice call between a first terminal of the customer and a second terminal of the customer service representative and convert the extracted voice data into test data; and search a database for a sentence recognized through linguistic analysis of the text data so as to generate a response to the customer's question, and the customer's speech collected in real time is recognized as a sentence and searched for on the basis of an artificial intelligence language model so that an appropriate response to the customer's question may be derived and recommended in real time, and an accurate and detailed response may be derived regardless of the customer service representative's knowledge or experience, thus providing high-quality customer service.

Abstract: An orbiting multiple access transceiver communicates with terrestrial mobile stations which are also capable of communicating with terrestrial base stations. Abstract: A configuration and method for straightening a wire as the wire pays off from a bulk package. A bulk package hat is configured to be positioned over an opened bulk package containing wire bent in a helix shape. A bearing assembly is mounted inside the bulk package hat at a position where the wire exits the bulk package hat as the wire pays off from the bulk package. A wire straightening device has a plurality of rollers and only one single plane of straightening, and is configured to apply a counter bend to the wire as the wire pays off from the bulk package through the wire straightening device. The wire straightening device is operatively connected to the bearing assembly at an angle inside the bulk package hat. The bearing assembly and the single plane of straightening rotate, continually realigning with a current direction of the wire as it pays off.

Abstract: A system and method for enhancing or restoring audio data utilizing an artificial intelligence module, and more particularly utilizing deep neural networks and generative adversarial networks. The system and method are both able to train the artificial intelligence module to provide for different format and other characteristic-specific transforms for determining how to restore audio to source quality and even beyond. The present invention includes the steps of acquiring source data, pre-processing the source data, implementing the artificial intelligence module, indexing the data, applying transforms, and optimizing the data for a particular audio modality.
Abstract: A telescopic, height adjustable, bicycle seatpost with a fixed frame insertion length, but adjustable uncompressed resting height is described herein. This telescopic bicycle seatpost with adjustable height and fixed frame insertion provides a unique structure and method for setting the uncompressed resting height of a telescopic bicycle seatpost, while using a fixed insertion length into the bicycle frame. The assembly allows a single telescopic bicycle seatpost to fit on many different sizes of bicycle, for cyclists of varied height and leg length, while maximizing the telescoping length of the seatpost for each situation, without requiring various lengths of seatpost to be manufactured. Instead, the telescoping length of the seatpost may be adjusted for cyclists of different height, allowing for one seatpost to fit many size frames and cyclists, while allowing each individual to maximize the telescoping length for their particular setup.
Abstract: Acquisition-distribution-layers (ADL) comprising a hydroentangled composite are provided. The hydroentangled composite includes (a) a first outer layer including a first plurality of synthetic fibers, (b) a second outer layer including a second plurality of synthetic fibers, and (c) at least one core layer including cellulose fibers comprising natural cellulose fibers, synthetic cellulose fibers, or a combination thereof, in which the at least one core layer is located directly or indirectly between the first outer layer and the second outer layer. The first plurality of synthetic fibers, the second plurality of synthetic fibers, and the cellulose fibers are physically entangled together. The hydroentangled composite further comprises a three-dimensional topography defined by a first outermost surface of the hydroentangled composite, in which the three-dimensional topography includes a plurality raised portions and a plurality of recessed portions.
