Abstract: The present invention is a computer component securing device, which has a main housing having a storage portion and a pair of table securing portions. a positioning means, a locking means, and a table securing means. The positioning means positions a computer component so as to have a first, open position wherein the computer component may be inserted and removed from the storage portion and so as to have a second, closed position such that an inserted computer component cannot be removed therefrom, but so as to expose the functional aspects of the computer component for utilization by a user when the positioning means is in its second, closed position. The positioning means is attached to said main housing. The locking means is connected to the positioning means and the main housing and is adapted so as to permit locking and unlocking of one of the positioning means and the main housing when the positioning means is in its second, closed position.
Abstract: The present invention is a spray dispenser device closure. It includes a main closure base for attachment to a container, an outer ring, a spray mechanism attached to the base, a semi-flexible tether, and an overcap. The main closure base has a top portion with a circular horizontal track thereon for attachment with an outer ring. The outer ring has a circular inside wall with a horizonal track thereon for attachment to the track of the base so as to connect them in such a way as to be horizontally and freely rotatable thereabout. The outer ring has a top with an outwardly or, alternatively, an inwardly biased ledge for retaining an overcap and has at least one cut out on the ledge to permit an overcap to be inserted and removed from the outer ring. The overcap has a circular bottom adapted to be inserted into or, alternatively, onto the outer ring and over the spray mechanism.
Abstract: An adjustable shelf support structure adaptable for use in combination with existing refrigerated display coolers and other types of product merchandising display equipment including first and second members which are engageable with each other such that the first and second members can be moved relative to each other to change the overall width of the support structure, the first and second members further including a mechanism for varying the effective length of the support structure so as to change the overall depth thereof, the first and second members when engaged with each other being capable of both width and depth adjustment to accommodate the varying width and depth dimensions associated with existing product merchandising display equipment.
Abstract: The present invention is a computer component securing device. It includes a main housing having a bottom, sidewalls, a front, back and an open top, and at least one cut-out in at least one of the bottom, front, back and sidewalls for passing a table securing device at least partially therethrough; and, a lid having attached thereto a computer securing mechanism for fixedly attaching a computer component thereto. The lid is connected to the main housing so as to have a first, open position whereby a computer component may be attached to the lid and so as to have a second, closed position such that an attached computer component cannot be removed therefrom, but so as to expose the functional aspects of the computer component for utilization by a user when the lid is in its second, closed position.
Abstract: A product support module adaptable for interlocking engagement with substantially similarly constructed modules to form a selectable width composite display assembly for merchandising products therefrom, each product module including a plurality of friction keeper members associated with one side edge portion of the module and a plurality of corresponding keying slots associated with its opposite side edge portion, the keeper members being substantially T-shaped in cross-section and each including a stem portion and an overhanging flange portion, the stem portion associated with at least the front keeper member being outwardly tapered along its entire length from bottom to top such that the mating surface formed between the stem portion and the overhanging flange portion forms an angle with the front wall side portion of the module.

Abstract: The present invention is a continuous action liquid dispenser which includes a main housing with a housing outlet and a housing inlet which is adapted to receive a pumping rod. It also includes a pumping rod which is at least partially located within said main housing so as to be vertically reciprocally movable therein. The rod has a predetermined shape, volume and displacement with a first, upward position and a second, downward position and includes a valve seat and one-way valve which permits liquid material to pass therethrough in a relative direction toward the outlet, but not toward the inlet. There is also an inlet valve seat and valve connected to the inlet of the main housing and arranged so as to permit flow of fluid material into, but not out of, the main housing inlet. There is a top housing connected to the upper end of the main housing adapted for reciprocal movement with an activator.
Abstract: The present invention is a solar powered flat, electroluminescent lamp night light adapted to be placed upon or attached to a window sill. The night light has a vertical upper portion which retains a solar cell unit that faces toward the window when the night light is placed on the window sill. The night light also has a horizontal middle section which is either adapted to rest upon a window sill, thereby balancing the night light in place, or adapted to attach the night light directly to the a portion of the window sill. The night light also a vertical lower portion which houses a flat, electroluminescent sheet light source. When the night light is placed upon a window sill, the flat, electroluminescent sheet light source faces into the room and illuminates the area of interest. The solar cell unit is configured to receive sunlight and convey electrical current to the flat, electroluminescent sheet light source and to an energy retaining device.
Abstract: A portable cooler for use with fish bait, as well as food and beverage, includes a housing having an insulated bottom, side walls, and a pivotal top hinged to one of the side walls. There is a support positioned within the housing with the support having side walls and a bottom. There is a space for ice defined between a plurality of the housing side walls and a plurality of the support side walls. There are a plurality of drawers movable in the support and accessible from outside of one of the housing side walls. Each drawer includes a front, side walls, and a bottom, at least one of the drawers having a grate supported on the side walls above the drawer bottom, the space beneath the grate and above the drawer bottom providing a container for ice to cool articles positioned on the grate, but to keep the articles spaced from the ice positioned beneath the grate.
Abstract: The present invention is a container closure device, which includes a container, a collar ring, a semi-flexible tether and a cap. The container has a neck, an open top and a horizontal retainer track thereon for affixing a collar ring thereto. The collar ring has a circular inside wall with a horizontal track thereon for attachment to the track of the container so as to be horizontally and freely rotatable thereabout. The collar ring also has a top with a ledge thereon forming a horizontal arc track for frictionally engaging and retaining a cap, and has at least one cut out on the ledge to permit a cap to be inserted and removed from the collar ring.
Abstract: The illuminable toy has a replaceable, illuminable edible, that can be soft or hard crystal candy or any other translucent or transparent food in a figure form which is attached to a holder which is in turn part of or attached to a base. Concealed inside the base are a light source and battery connected to an electrical switch. The illuminable edible toy can be a simulation toy with more than one replaceable, illuminable edible under a cover. The base can have a cover simulating a coffin or horror house for conveying horror themes, or simulating an egg shell for conveying an Easter celebration theme or a cave for conveying a fairy tale mining cave theme.

Abstract: The present invention provides a cap having a plurality of readily assembled parts that provide a passage for a beverage or liquid through the cap from the pitcher to the exterior thereof. The cap has a cap body made up of top and bottom portions that are formed so as to snap fit together. The cap body defines an interior cavity or passage from an entry defined by the bottom portion to an exit cooperatively defined by the top and bottom portions. The entry is selectively opened and closed to allow fluid or liquid passage through the cap by a valve that is biased into a closed position. In a preferred embodiment the valve is attached to a plunger having a cylindrical configuration and including a plurality of upwardly and outwardly extending shape memory retentive legs that are confined within a receiving collar attached to the bottom portion.
