Abstract: Provided are an object detection system and an object detection method. An object detection system may include a feature map extraction module configured to receive an image for object detection and extract a feature map having multiple resolutions for the image; a bounding box detection module configured to classify a bounding box by applying a first group of convolutional layers to the feature map, and predict the bounding box by applying a second group of convolutional layers to the feature map; and a mask generation module configured to generate a mask for the shape of the object in the bounding box using the feature map.

Abstract: A system for exclusive track resource sharing is provided. Some embodiments provide an exclusive track resource sharing system including onboard control units and a resource manager. Onboard control unit is provided in each of trains and is configured to communicate with another onboard control unit in another train. The resource manager is configured to record ownership status information of track resources of the plurality of trains, to provide the ownership status information of the track resources to the onboard control unit, and to generate and deliver a resource entitlement or resource authority to the onboard control unit. The resource authority is configured to be owned by a single onboard control unit. The onboard control unit possessing the resource authority is configured to seize or release the track resources corresponding to the resource authority and to control the track resources corresponding to the resource authority.

Abstract: Methods of encoding and decoding a speech signal using a neural network model that recognizes sound sources, and encoding and decoding apparatuses for performing the methods are provided. A method of encoding a speech signal includes identifying an input signal for a plurality of sound sources; generating a latent signal by encoding the input signal; obtaining a plurality of sound source signals by separating the latent signal for each of the plurality of sound sources; determining a number of bits used for quantization of each of the plurality of sound source signals according to a type of each of the plurality of sound sources; quantizing each of the plurality of sound source signals based on the determined number of bits; and generating a bitstream by combining the plurality of quantized sound source signals.

Abstract: A method for image reconstruction and domain transfer through an invertible depth network is described. The method includes training a first invertible depth network model using a first image dataset corresponding to a first geographic region to estimate a first depth map. The method also includes retraining the first invertible depth network model using a second image dataset corresponding to a second geographic region to estimate a second depth map. The method further includes reconstructing, by the first invertible depth network model, a third image dataset based on the second depth map. The method also includes training a second invertible depth network model using the third image dataset corresponding to the first geographic region and the second geographic region to estimate a third depth map.
Abstract: The present invention relates to a trusted measurement and control network authentication method based on double cryptographic values and chaotic encryption. The specific method comprises realizing identity authentication and key negotiation processes through double cryptographic values and chaotic public key ciphers and realizing secure transmission and verification of user identity credentials on the basis of building a trust chain through trusted computation for realizing a secure and trusted operating environment, thereby building a secure and trusted data transmission channel. The identity authentication method in the present invention comprises multiple links such as secure generation of user identity identifiers, read protection encapsulation, secure transmission and key negotiation. Each link adopts a unique and confidential cryptographic function for secure data generation, thereby ensuring the security of the authentication device access in an industrial measurement and control network.

Abstract: A method for vehicle management performed by a vehicle control system includes monitoring a respective location associated with each vehicle of a plurality of vehicles based on location information transmitted from each of the plurality of vehicles. Abstract: Provided herein are methods for evaluating tumor cell spheroids in a three-dimensional microfluidic device by determining changes in the relative levels of live cells and dead cells in aliquots cultured under different conditions. Methods described herein allow ex vivo recapitulation of the tumor microenvironment such that the in vivo effectiveness of a test compound in treating tumor tissue may be predicted.
