Abstract: Disclosed is an integrated physiological signal detection sensor, comprising a movable housing member, a fixed housing member, and a sensing unit circuit board. The movable housing member and the fixed housing member are connected to form an internal space therebetween. The sensing unit circuit board is fixedly installed on the fixed housing member within the space. A piezoelectric film is attached to the sensing unit circuit board. A hollowed-out region surrounds the periphery of the piezoelectric film. A protrusion is provided on the movable housing member at a position corresponding to the piezoelectric film. The sensor of the present invention has advantages of simplified sensor installation, improved signal integrity, and simplified wire routing of an electromagnetic shield layer, thereby eliminating errors caused by sensor installation and improving the accuracy of data detection.

Abstract: Electrolyte solutions including at least one anhydrous fluoride salt and at least one non-aqueous solvent are presented. This salt structure facilitates its ability to be made anhydrous without decomposition. Example anhydrous fluoride salts include (2,2-dimethylpropyl)trimethylammonium fluoride and bis(2,2-dimethylpropyl)dimethylammonium fluoride. Combining these fluoride salts with at least one fluorine-containing non-aqueous solvent (e.g., bis(2,2,2-trifluoroethyl)ether; (BTFE)) promotes solubility of the salt within the non-aqueous solvents. The solvent may be a mixture of at least one non-aqueous, fluorine-containing solvent and at least one other non-aqueous, fluorine or non-fluorine containing solvent (e.g., BTFE and propionitrile or dimethoxyethane).

Abstract: A method for cleaning a receptor layer of a surface stress sensor according to an embodiment of the present invention includes, in a surface stress sensor that detects a change in surface stress of a thin film, the change being caused by a receptor layer disposed on a surface of the thin film, causing at least a part of a surface region of the thin film to generate heat or supplying heat to the receptor layer from the outside of the surface stress sensor. This makes it possible to easily perform efficient cleaning of a surface stress sensor such as a sensor that performs detection using a piezoresistor while avoiding structural complications as much as possible.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a preparation method of La(OH)3 nanorod/walnut shell biochar composite material (LN-WB), comprising the following steps: putting walnut shell powder into a crucible and pyrolyzing and carbonizing in a muffle furnace at 350° C. to 450° C.; after the pyrolysis is completed, grinding and sieving the obtained biochar, and then repeatedly washing with deionized water; drying the washed biochar for later use; putting an appropriate amount of biochar into the deionized water to form a turbid solution; simultaneously dropwise adding LaCl3 and NaOH to the above turbid solution by using a peristaltic pump; and allowing the obtained mixture to stand at room temperature for 20 to 30 h, washing and drying for later use. The present invention successfully prepares a La(OH)3 nanoparticle-loaded biochar composite material through a simple synthesis technology.
