    Abstract: Disclosed is a perpendicularly magnetized film structure that uses a highly heat resistant underlayer film on which a cubic or tetragonal perpendicularly magnetized film can grow with high quality, the structure comprising any one substrate (5) of a cubic single crystal substrate having a (001) plane, or a substrate having a cubic oriented film that grows to have the (001) plane; an underlayer (6) formed on the substrate (5) from a thin film of a metal having an hcp structure, such as Ru or Re, in which the [0001] direction of the thin metal film forms an angle in the range of 42° to 54° with respect to the <001> direction or the (001) orientation of the substrate (5); and a perpendicularly magnetized layer (7) located on the metal underlayer (6) and formed from a cubic material selected from the group consisting of a Co-based Heusler alloy, a cobalt-iron (CoFe) alloy having a bcc structure, and the like, as a constituent material, and grown to have the (001) plane.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a method of forming a chalcogen compound thin film suitable for use in a light-absorption layer of a solar cell. The method includes manufacturing a precursor liquid including an Sn precursor material and an S precursor material, applying the precursor liquid to form a precursor film, and heat-treating the precursor film. The Sn precursor material and the S precursor material are liquid materials. The present invention provides a method of forming a chalcogen compound thin film using a liquid precursor material without a sulfurization process, thereby forming a high-quality SnS thin film at low cost using a process which is suitable for mass production. Further, the light-absorption layer is formed using a process which is suitable for mass production, thus enabling the manufacture of a solar cell including the chalcogen compound thin film at low cost.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a method and device for sharing a candidate list. A method of generating a merging candidate list for a predictive block may include: producing, on the basis of a coding block including a predictive block on which a parallel merging process is performed, at least one of a spatial merging candidate and a temporal merging candidate of the predictive block; and generating a single merging candidate list for the coding block on the basis of the produced merging candidate. Thus, it is possible to increase processing speeds for coding and decoding by performing inter-picture prediction in parallel on a plurality of predictive blocks.

    Abstract: A method includes mapping a first subset of integers to a plurality of transaction sequences, mapping a second subset of integers to a plurality of audit score sheets and quantitatively analyzing each respective one of the mapped transaction sequences relative to each respective one of the mapped audit score sheets to determine an objective score for each one of the transaction sequences and each one of the audit score sheets.
