Abstract: A method of transmitting a Moving Picture Experts Group (MPEG) Media Transport (MMT) signaling message for Measurement Configuration (MC) processing in an MMT sending entity. The method includes generating an MC message with header information by setting a measurement mode (measurement_mode), which indicates information on a measurement start time (measurement_start_time) of a measurement item in an MMT receiving entity, to one of: an immediate measurement start, a measurement start at a predetermined time, a measurement start based on a predetermined condition, and an immediate measurement stop; and transmitting an MMT packet including the generated MC message to an MMT receiving entity.

Abstract: Techniques to perform interpolation for statistical tests are described. An apparatus may comprise processor circuitry and a simulated data component for execution by the processor circuitry to generate simulated data for a statistical test, statistics of the statistical test based on parameter vectors to follow a probability distribution. The apparatus may further comprise a statistic simulator component for execution by the processor circuitry to simulate statistics for the parameter vectors from the simulated data, each parameter vector represented with a single point in a grid of points. The apparatus may further comprise a code generator component for execution by the processor circuitry to remove selective points from the grid of points to form a subset of points, and generate interpolation code to interpolate a statistic of the statistical test on any point. Abstract: A landing receiving apparatus for aircraft landing, and a control method thereof are provided, in which the landing receiving apparatus includes a flight management system (FMS) which is inputted with, by a user, destination airport, destination runway, and a receiver mode, a data storage portion which stores approach path data for landing of the aircraft; a receiver portion which calculates aircraft position information by using Global Navigation Satellite System (GLASS) signals and Satellite-Based Augmentation System (SBAS) signals transmitted from an antenna portion, when a receiver mode inputted by a user is a GNSS/SBAS combination mode, and a landing guidance information generating portion which generates landing guidance information by using approach path data corresponding to a destination airport and a destination runway inputted by the user, and the aircraft position information, and transmits the generated landing guidance information to the FMS.

Abstract: Apparatus, system, and method of depositing thin and ultra-thin parylene are described. In an example, a core deposition chamber is used. The core deposition chamber includes a base and a rigid, removable cover configured to mate and seal with the base to create the core deposition chamber and to define an inside and an outside of the core deposition chamber. The core deposition chamber also includes a conduit through a top of the cover. The conduit has a lumen connecting the inside to the outside of the core deposition chamber. The lumen has a length and a cross-section. The cross-section has a width between 50 ?m and 6000 ?m. The length is less than 140 times the cross-section width. The core deposition chamber can be placed in an outer deposition chamber and can achieve parylene deposition less than 1 ?m thick inside the core deposition chamber.
Abstract: In a radio network having a plurality of first users on channel (FUOCs) and one or more second users on channel (SUOCs), a method and apparatus for a SUOC to select a channel to co-occupy based upon a “selfish” goal of achieving a desired SUOC rate and an “altruistic” goal of causing low-impact on the FUOC. A SUOC collects signal parameters for a plurality of FUOCs, orders the FUOCs based upon different criteria, and attempts to co-exist with FUOCs until a suitable FUOC channel is found.
