The apparatus includes a high temperature heater controlling a temperature of a first side of a sample, a low temperature heater controlling a temperature of a second side of the sample, a fine control heater controlling the temperature of the first side of the sample by a smaller unit than the high temperature heater, a temperature control and voltage measuring unit controlling the high temperature heater, the low temperature heater, and the fine control heater and measuring voltages of the first and second sides of the sample, and a thermal conductivity measuring unit measuring thermal conductivity of the sample by using a high temperature output voltage generated in the first side of the sample and a low temperature output voltage generated in the second side of the sample.

The image processing apparatus includes a unit for fetching the input image captured by the imaging device and performing line detection for the projected pattern projected by the projection device, wherein the projected pattern is a grid pattern formed of wave lines; and a unit for performing shape reconstruction by associating intersection points of vertical and horizontal lines extracted by the line detection with the projected pattern.

The CZLC331 protein has a good preventive and therapeutic effect for IBD, such as ulcerative colitis (UC) and Crohn's disease (CD) in this invention. Therefore, this protein can be prepared into the drug for prevention and treatment of IBD. It has been found that the bad efficacy, slow onset, long course of treatment, side effects can be significantly avoided for existing clinical IBD drugs, it can reduce the patient's pain during the treatment in this invention. The rehabilitation and quality of life of the patients have been largely improved. The drug will play an important role in the prevention and treatment of IBD in this invention, and has broad application prospects.
