Abstract: The present invention provides organic dyes having a rigid donor and the process for producing the same. The organic dye has the structure of formula (i) or formula (ii), wherein r1 is selected from h or c1-c18 alkyl; r5 is selected from h, c1-c18 alkyl or c1-c18 alkoxy; r6 and r7 are independently selected from h, c1-c18 alkyl, c1-c18 alkoxyphenyl or c1-c18 alkylphenyl; x is selected from any one of the groups represented by formulae (a) to (d); y is selected from a group represented by formula (e) or formula (f); in the formula (e), r2 and r3 are independently selected from h, f, c1-c18 alkyl or c1-c18 alkoxyphenyl; r4 is selected from any one of the groups represented by formulae (g) to (i). The present invention also provides a dye-sensitized solar cell which has a dye layer made from said organic dyes and has a relatively high power conversion efficiency.

Abstract: A rod-shaped FRP bar is manufactured with a fiber and a resin by using a nozzle 100 which includes an outer nozzle 11 having a penetration hole at its center and a plurality of middle nozzles 12 disposed at an inlet of the outer nozzle 11 so that one middle nozzle is located inside another middle nozzle with an interval. Abstract: The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a semiconductor structure, comprising: a) forming metal interconnect liners on a substrate; b) forming a mask layer to cover the metal interconnect liners and forming openings, which expose the metal interconnect liners, on the mask layer; c) etching and disconnecting the metal interconnect liners via the openings, thereby insulating and isolating the metal interconnect liners. The present invention further provides a semiconductor structure, which comprises a substrate and metal interconnect liners, wherein ends of the metal interconnect liners are disconnected by insulating walls formed within the substrate. The structure and the method provided by the present invention are favorable for shortening distance between ends of adjacent metal interconnect liners, saving device area and suppressing short circuits happening to metal interconnect liners.

Abstract: A suspension processing method using ultrasonic waves has problems in that movement of solids in liquid do not follow movement of the sound field. Abstract: The communication system comprises a base station (BS), a femtocell and a core network. The femtocell deployed within the signal coverage of the BS establishes a first wired connection with an internet service provider (ISP) network and a first wireless connection with a user equipment (UE). The core network establishes a second wired connection with the ISP network and a third wired connection with the BS. The core network is configured to determine that a voice data transmission service is about to be provided to the UE, and transmit a first radio access bearer (RAB) setup request message to the BS to enable the BS to establish a second wireless connection with the femtocell according to the first RAB setup request message so that the UE performs a voice data transmission with the core network via the first wireless connection, the second wireless connection and the third wired connection.

Abstract: A process and apparatus for separating an olefin from mixed gases containing light olefins is provided. The process includes adsorbing the olefin of an olefin-containing mixed gas in an adsorption column packed with an adsorbent selectively adsorbing the olefin; discharging gases other than the olefin through the outlet of the adsorption column; desorbing the adsorbed olefin by displacement using a desorbent, and separating the olefin from the desorbent, thereby producing a high-purity olefin. The apparatus includes adsorption columns packed with an adsorbent selectively adsorbing an olefin, and at least two distillation columns for separating an olefin/desorbent mixture and an olefin poor stream/desorbent into their components. If the olefin concentration of the off-gas from an olefin rinse step is higher than that of a raw material gas, recovering the olefin from the off-gas is carried out before or after the adsorption step.

Abstract: A sample rate converter and a method of converting a sample rate are disclosed herein. The sample rate converter includes a data delay unit, a clock rate conversion unit, a Lagrange polynomial filter unit, a resample position calculation unit, and a resample position compensation unit. The data delay unit delays signals in response to an input clock signal. The clock rate conversion unit converts the sample rate of the signals. The Lagrange polynomial filter unit performs a filtering function on the signals whose rate has been converted. The resample position calculation unit outputs the value (Dint, dfrac) of the resample position of the signals based on a set resample ratio value. The resample position compensation unit corrects the error value of the signals by applying the value (Dint, dfrac) to the signals, and outputs a final signal.
