    Abstract: A semiconductor structure and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The semiconductor structure includes a substrate, a device layer and a least one conductive post. The substrate includes a first surface, a second surface opposite to the first surface, and at least one through hole penetrating the substrate. The substrate includes a first side wall portion and a second side wall portion at the through hole. The first side wall portion is connected to the first surface and includes a plurality of first scallops. The second side wall portion is connected to the second surface and includes a non-scalloped surface. The device layer is disposed on the second surface, and the second side wall portion of the substrate further extends into the device layer along the non-scalloped surface. The conductive post is disposed in the through hole, wherein the conductive post is electrically connected to the device layer.

    Abstract: A secret key generation apparatus and method are provided. The secret key generation apparatus includes at least one antenna, amplification/phase controllers, a transceiver, and a random signal controller. The antenna receives a wireless signal from a counterpart terminal that performs wireless communication. The amplification/phase controllers control the amplification gain and phase of the wireless signal that is received via at least one antenna. The transceiver measures the status of a wireless channel using the wireless signal having the controlled amplification gain and phase, determines parameters based on results of the measurement, and generates a secret key based on results of the determination. The random signal controller controls the amplification/phase controllers so that the amplification gain and phase are adjusted whenever the transceiver generates a secret key.

Thereby, the pharmaceutical composition can quantify potential of liver storage ability and evaluate severity of the course of liver disease. A liver-receptor imaging injection using the same and the one-step dispensing method thereof are also provided to improve defects of iodine-labeled and overcome disadvantages of the reduced labeling-yield and the instability after autoclave sterilization.

    Abstract: A power-saving method for a lamp power-saving system is provided. The method includes the following steps. A lamp control unit is provided to control a fluorescent lamp. The lamp control unit includes a power conversion circuit and a preheat and lighting circuit. The preheat and lighting circuit, coupled to the power conversion circuit and two terminals of the fluorescent lamp, preheats and activates the fluorescent lamp, and outputs a feedback signal indicating a current passing through the fluorescent lamp. When the feedback signal indicates the fluorescent lamp is in a preheat mode, a resonant circuit of the preheat and lighting circuit is enabled to preheat the fluorescent lamp via a current path provided by a diode bridge of the preheat and lighting circuit. When the feedback signal indicates the fluorescent lamp is lighted, the current path of the preheat and lighting circuit is disconnected to stop preheating.
