    Abstract: A radio resource allocation apparatus and method using an interference indicator in a femto-cell network are disclosed. The radio resource allocation apparatus using an interference indicator in a femto-cell network includes: an interference indicator obtaining unit obtaining any one or more of interference indicators including load information of a base station in the femto-cell network, a change amount of reference signal received power (RSRP) to reference signal received quality (RSRQ), and a channel quality indicator (CQI); a priority determining unit providing different weights to each of the interference indicators and determining an allocation priority of radio resources using the interference indicators to which the weights are provided; and a radio resource allocating unit allocating the radio resources to the base station in any one of a dedicated carrier mode, a partially shared carrier mode, and a shared carrier mode using the allocation priority.

A variety of multi-material objects are described. Procedural control over surface and volume stages as well as dithering is provided, together or independent of each other.

    Abstract: The invention relates to an engineered outer domain (eOD) of HIV gp120 and mutants thereof and methods of making and using the same. The mutant eODs may be advantageous for the elicitation of CD4-binding site (CD4bs)-directed broadly-neutralizing antibodies (bnAbs) and/or improve binding to mature VRC01 and/or improve binding to germline VRC01 and the germlines of other VH1-2 derived broadly-neutralizing antibodies. The cytochrome P450 variants of have a higher alkane-oxidation capability, alkene-oxidation capability, and/or a higher organic-solvent resistance than the corresponding wild-type or parent cytochrome P450 enzyme. A preferred wild-type cytochrome P450 is cytochrome P450 BM-3.     Abstract: A method for decontaminating a brick or concrete according to the present invention comprises the steps of: pulverizing the brick or the concrete by using a pulverizing device (pulverizing step); arranging the brick or concrete in a container room and washing the brick or concrete by using a decontamination agent in the container room (washing), wherein the container room has a pressure of above 74 Pa, and a temperature of above 32° C., and the decontamination agent includes a supercritical carbon dioxide flow, a cosolvent and a metal chelating agent; introducing a replacing fluid to the container room to replace the decontamination agent in the container room and then separating the replacing fluid and the brick or concrete (replacing and separating step); and acid cleaning the cosolvent and the metal chelating agent by using an acidic solution (acid cleaning step). A radionuclide may be decontaminated from the brick or concrete.

The Bi2TeySe3-y thermoelectric nanocompound synthesized by the method of the present invention via liquid phase reduction is composed of regular nanoparticles since the method does not need any additional heat-treatment to eliminate chemical additives and prevents particles from being over-grown.
