    Abstract: We describe a lattice part made of metal and a method for producing a lattice part made of metal or a metal alloy. The lattice has a thickness of less than 1 mm at a size of the gaps of less than 50 mm2. The lattice (5) comprises a connection made of knots, and perpendicular to the lattice surface has lattice bars and lattice knots of the same thickness. A method for the production of a lattice part made of metal, particularly made of light alloy, is characterized by a primary shaping process according to DIN 8580, wherein a mold is formed in the first step, a primary material is introduced in the mold cavity in the second step, the part is removed from the mold in the third step, and the finishing of the metallic lattice part is carried out in the fourth step.

    Abstract: A mechanical memory transistor includes a substrate having formed thereon a source region and a drain region. An oxide is formed upon a portion of the source region and upon a portion of the drain region. A pull up electrode is positioned above the substrate such that a gap is formed between the pull up electrode and the substrate. A movable gate has a first position and a second position. The movable gate is located in the gap between the pull up electrode and the substrate. The movable gate is in contact with the pull up electrode when the movable gate is in a first position and is in contact with the oxide to form a gate region when the movable gate is in the second position. The movable gate, in conjunction with the source region and the drain region and when the movable gate is in the second position, form a transistor that can be utilized as a non-volatile memory element.

    Abstract: According to the present invention, there is provided a method of determining a concentration of uranium including: a) a primary measuring step of measuring luminescence intensity or luminescence attenuation of uranium (VI) of an oxidant added sample obtained by adding an oxidant composition to a detection target sample; b) a secondary measuring step of adding different volumes of standard solution containing uranium (VI) having a predetermined concentration to a plurality of oxidant added samples, respectively, and then measuring luminescence intensity or luminescence attenuation of uranium (VI) contained in each standard solution added sample; and c) a calculating step of calculating a concentration of uranium (VI) contained in the detection target sample by a standard addition method based on the primary and secondary measurements. With the method for determining a concentration of uranium according to the present invention, the concentration of uranium may be further rapidly and accurately analyzed.

A cell body in which an electrode and a photoelectrode are formed on one surface of the fiber that contains an electrolyte therein and a counter electrode is formed on the other side of the fiber is sealed with a polymer film, thus forming a flexible solar cell having an excellent sealing structure for preventing the electrolyte from leaking out of the cell even when pressure is externally applied.
