Abstract: Suppression or enhancement of various properties of a liquid fluid is aimed by improving uniform dispersion of nanoparticles by means of making a state in which no oxidized film exists on the surfaces of the nanoparticles to be dispersed in the liquid fluid. The location of the liquid fluid is confirmed with ease by enhancing the brightness of light emission of the fluid through uniform dispersion of the nanoparticles in the liquid fluid containing a material having a flame reaction. In this way, as to liquid fluids utilized in various industries, it is possible to offer a technology to desirably enhance or suppress a property desired to be enhanced and a property desired to be suppressed among various properties that its constituents have.

  • Publication number: 20070158577
Abstract: The present invention provides a method of delivering solid material at a position far enough from any surrounding solid with high enough target density without scattering debris to the environment. In the present invention, radiation is generated from plasma produced by laser irradiation on a material. This material is a cluster of particles that is composed of many fine particles bound together with a binder that vaporizes at temperature lower than melting point of fine particles. Density of particles in a particle-cluster 8 is increased by vaporizing a solvent 7 by heating a droplet 5 with the irradiation of laser 6. Solvent of a droplet occupies large fraction of the droplet in order to stabilize droplet generation. This solvent is vaporized prior to delivery to a vacuum chamber 9 for plasma generation. This vaporization helps to avoid degradation of vacuum of the chamber 9. The diameter of a particle-cluster thus condensed is several tens ?m.

Abstract: An axially actuating device having an elastic joining portion is provided, which is used for carrying an object and actuating the object to move axially, and comprises a fixed portion, a moving portion, and a joining member. The joining member is used to combine the fixed portion with the moving portion, such that the fixed portion and the moving portion are axially coupled with each other. Moreover, the fixed portion and the moving portion are respectively a fixed magnet and a coil, such that when a current is applied to the moving portion, the moving portion generates a relative displacement with respect to the fixed portion according to the current, so as to provide an axial displacement. Meanwhile, the moving energy is generated due to the repulsive interaction of the magnetic field, and thus a shock proofing efficacy is also provided.

  • Patent number: 7243317
Abstract: A checking mechanism for complete full-chip ESD protection circuit design and layout verification at layout level identifies all of both intentional and parasitic ESD devices contained in the design layout file and compiles a netlist. The checking mechanism then determines the critical operating parameters of the identified ESD devices and determines if the parasitic devices will negatively effect ESD protection performance. The checking mechanism then determines if the intentional devices meet design specifications; eliminates parasitic devices which will not negatively effect ESD protection from the netlist, and retains those parasitic devices which may lead to ESD protection malfunction. Design layout verification and faults are then reported.
