Abstract: The embodiments of the application provide an image super-resolution reconstruction method and device featuring labeled data sharpening. The method comprises: establishing a deep neural network for image reconstruction from low resolution to high resolution, obtaining low-resolution sample data by sub-sampling and Sobel operator calculation, and then sharpening labeled data to a certain extent so that edges of the labeled data are clearer and object features are easier to see. A model is obtained by training the deep neural network, and the model is used to perform super-resolution processing on the image to obtain an image with a higher resolution. The obtained image has a clear texture, the resolution and definition are significantly improved, and the quality evaluation indexes of the image are better.

  • Publication number: 20220333144
Abstract: In order to produce chondroitin sulfate in an animal-free manner, engineered E. coli host cells were modified so as to reduce expression of an endogenous gene for fructosyltransferase (kfoE); reduce expression of an endogenous gene for 3?-phosphoadenosine-5?-phosphosulfate reductase (cysH); and express one or more exogenous sulfotransferases. Expression of proteins forming ATP-binding cassette transporters were also reduced to limit export of glycosaminoglycans from the cells. The recombinant microorganisms are able produce all three components identified for chondroitin sulfate production—chondroitin, sulfate donor, and sulfotransferase. These modified E. coli are capable of complete, essentially one-step biosynthesis of chondroitin sulfate at a variety of sulfation levels from simple microbial media components and glucose. This is a major advantage over current production methods that depend on the natural distribution of chondroitin sulfate types in the animal tissue.

  • Publication number: 20220336130
Abstract: Described herein are concepts, system and techniques which provide a means to construct robust high-field superconducting magnets using simple fabrication techniques and modular components that scale well toward commercialization. The resulting magnet assembly—which utilizes non-insulated, high temperature superconducting tapes (HTS) and provides for optimized coolant pathways—is inherently strong structurally, which enables maximum utilization of the high magnetic fields available with HTS technology. In addition, the concepts described herein provide for control of quench-induced current distributions within the tape stack and surrounding superstructure to safely dissipate quench energy, while at the same time obtaining acceptable magnet charge time. The net result is a structurally and thermally robust, high-field magnet assembly that is passively protected against quench fault conditions.
