  • Patent number: 12141138
Abstract: In one example, a system can receive information about a data structure including a set of data entries. The system can generate a proxy data table including a set of columns. The system can use a data access layer to generate a mapping from the data entries to the columns. The system can receive an input to cause an operation to be performed on the data structure by performing the operation on the data structure. Generating a result can involve issuing read commands to the data access layer to perform the operation on the data structure such that the data access layer obtains the associated data entries and provides them as responses to the read commands by performing a translation between the data entries and the columns based on the mapping. The system can then output the result of the operation.

  • Patent number: 12140594
Abstract: The present invention relates to a non invasive diagnostic method of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) in a subject said method comprising the step of measuring the level of ?ig-h3 protein in a blood sample wherein the serum level of ?ig-h3 is positively correlated with the risk of having a PDAC. By following studies on 2 distinct cohorts of 20 and 104 of PDAC patients, and on PDAC mouse model, the inventors show that ?ig-h3 can be directly detected in the blood sample and ?ig-h3 is expressed very early in tumorigenesis in pancreatic neoplastic lesions. The present invention also relates to antagonist of ?ig-h3 protein, for use in the treatment of PDAC. The inventors found that ?ig-h3 bind directly on CD8+ T cells by reducing their activation and cytotoxic properties. Furthermore, the use of neutralizing ?ig-h3 antibodies in PDAC mouse model, reduced tumor growth by enhancing CD8+ T cell anti-tumoral response.

  • Publication number: 20240371262
Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method for traffic flow control considering a bus stop in a connected environment, comprising: determining an influence region of the bus stop; dividing the influence region of the bus stop into influence subregions; collecting vehicle information of each of the influence subregions at time t; comparing lane changing pressures of different influence subregions of the bus stop; determining a predicted count of lane changing vehicles of each of the influence subregions based on lane changing pressure differences; and selecting optimal lane changing vehicles to complete lane changing. A vehicle density distribution in the influence region of the bus stop can be dynamically regulated through vehicle information interaction in the connected environment, thereby making the spatial distribution of the traffic flow more balanced, saving vehicle traveling time, and improving the operation efficiency of the traffic flow.

Abstract: A purpose of the present invention is to provide a pumpless high-pressure hydrogen supply system capable of supplying high-pressure hydrogen to a fuel cell vehicle, etc., when needed without using a compressor or the like, and a method for the system. The present invention relates to a high-pressure hydrogen supply system that obtains a mixed gas of hydrogen and carbon dioxide by dehydrogenation of formic acid using a complex catalyst, separates the hydrogen therefrom, and supplies the hydrogen at a pressure of 5 MPa or more. By obtaining the mixed gas at a pressure of 5 MPa or more by dehydrogenation and cooling the mixed gas by a separator while maintaining this pressure at 0.4 MPa or more, gas components other than hydrogen are phase separated as liquids or solids and removed. The separated hydrogen is raised in purity by pressure fluctuation adsorption, continuously sent to a pressure accumulator, and stored at a pressure of 70 MPa or more.

  • Publication number: 20240368626
Abstract: T cell manufacturing methods that co-culture T cells with autologous cell types to stimulate the T cells during manufacture are described. The T cells express a recombinant receptor. A binding domain expressed by the T cells binds an epitope on stimulating autologous cell types and/or an immune cell activating multi-specific binding molecule (e.g., a bi-specific antibody) during the co-culture. The methods can also allow for the expression of large transgenes by utilizing electroporation and transposons to deliver transgenes encoding the recombinant receptor. The disclosed methods create manufactured T cell populations with a high number of cells in comparison to starting cell numbers, a high percentage of recombinant receptor-expressing T cells within the cell number, and a beneficial naïve T cell marker profile.
