    Abstract: Embodiments described herein may be useful in the detection of analytes. The systems and methods may allow for a relatively simple and rapid way for detecting analytes such as chemical and/or biological analytes and may be useful in numerous applications including sensing, food manufacturing, medical diagnostics, performance materials, dynamic lenses, water monitoring, environmental monitoring, detection of proteins, detection of DNA, among other applications. For example, the systems and methods described herein may be used for determining the presence of a contaminant such as bacteria (e.g., detecting pathogenic bacteria in food and water samples which helps to prevent widespread infection, illness, and even death). Advantageously, the systems and methods described herein may not have the drawbacks in current detection technologies including, for example, relatively high costs, long enrichment steps and analysis times, and/or the need for extensive user training.

    Abstract: A data compression method, a data compression system and an operation method of a deep learning acceleration chip are provided. The data compression method includes the following steps. A filter coefficient tensor matrix of a deep learning model is obtained. A matrix decomposition procedure is performed according to the filter coefficient tensor matrix to obtain a sparse tensor matrix and a transformation matrix, which is an orthonormal matrix. The product of the transformation matrix and the filter coefficient tensor matrix is the sparse tensor matrix. The sparse tensor matrix is compressed. The sparse tensor matrix and the transformation matrix, or the sparse tensor matrix and a restoration matrix, are stored in a memory. A convolution operation result is obtained by the deep learning acceleration chip using the sparse tensor matrix. The convolution operation result is restored by the deep learning acceleration chip using the restoration matrix.

    Abstract: The reaction between aluminum metal and water holds promise for producing hydrogen; however, solid aluminum metal is difficult to manage and use, and the reactivity between aluminum and water is often difficult to control. Certain embodiments of the disclosure are related to a water-stable aluminum slurry comprising a plurality of activated aluminum particles dispersed in a fluid carrier. In some embodiments, the reactivity of the aluminum slurry in the presence of water may be easily controlled with the addition of various additives (e.g., surfactants). Additionally, methods of making and using the water-stable aluminum slurry to controllable manage the reactivity between aluminum and water are presented herein.

The LED device is prepared based on a GaN-based epitaxial layer and includes a GaN-based epitaxial layer, a current spreading layer, a P electrode, an N electrode and a passivation layer; the GaN-based epitaxial layer including a substrate, an N-type CaN layer, i.e., an N-GaN layer, a multiple quantum well layer (MQW), and a P-type GaN layer, i.e., a P-GaN layer; and the N-GaN layer including an etched exposed N-GaN layer and an etched formed N-GaN layer. The present invention improves luminescence efficiency while ensuring the device modulation bandwidth; and after the micro-hole array is etched by ICP, a sample continues to be etched by using the current spreading layer etching liquid to prevent the leakage caused by the expansion of the current spreading layer in the etching process.
