    Abstract: A wire is folded at the central part in the longitudinal direction thereof to form a holding member including a first linear portion 17, a return portion 18, and a second linear portion 19. The first linear portion 17 is inserted through a first pipe 13 of a guide member 2 while the second linear portion 19 is inserted through a second pipe 14 thereof. A first operation part 20 and a second operation part 23 are provided at the first linear portion 17 and the second linear portion 19, respectively. The first linear portion 17 and the second linear portion 19 of the holding member 4 are protruded from the distal end of the guide tube 10 to form a loop 3. The second linear portion 19 is protruded from the distal end of the guide tube 10 longer than the first linear portion 17 to change the shape of the loop 3 and to enlarge the loop 3.

    Abstract: A hemodialysis apparatus which controls dialysis conditions. The hemodialysis treatment is carried out under dialysis conditions determined by defining the course of the chronological target blood indication level as a target control line, measuring the blood indication level at each measurement point (controlling point) in the chronological course, calculating the dialysis conditions using the measured blood indication level and the target blood indication level at the next measurement point (controlling point) of the measurement point in the hemodialysis apparatus carrying out hemodialysis treatment by controlling dialysis conditions using blood volume (BV level) or blood volume change as an indication level (hereinafter blood indication level), to attain the target blood indication level at the next measurement point. This apparatus has a simple control mechanism and has little risk of misoperation or out-of-control. An operator can easily handle it and the control can be quickly and precisely carried out.

    Abstract: A flow control apparatus 1 including a tubular outside member 4, a tubular inside member 10 placed in the outside member 4, and a valve member 20 is used. The inside member 10 includes a through-hole 14 passing through a side wall in a thickness direction and a contact portion 11 that is in contact with the outside member 4, which are arranged in that order in a direction from one opening 16 to the other opening 17. The valve member 20 is placed in the opening 17 of the inside member 10. The valve member 20 passes only a fluid supplied at a set pressure or higher in a direction from the one opening 16 to the other opening 17. The outside member 4 is formed so as to form a gap communicating with the through hole 14 between the outside member 4 and the contact portion 11 due to elastic deformation caused by an external force. The gap forms a flow path of a fluid in combination with the through-hole 14.

These anti-AGE antibodies thus isolated are allowed to react with a sample, and then the antigen-antibody reaction between the AGEs in the sample and the anti-AGE antibodies is detected.
