Abstract: A hinge, in particular a folding door hinge, includes a hinge arm which may be mounted by means of a base plate on a furniture unit part. The hinge arm may be adjusted in two dimensions on the base plate and is connected via at least one joint pin to a hinge pot. An end of the hinge arm facing the joint pin is angled and mounted on such end is a linearly displaceable extension member that carries the joint pin.

Abstract: A hinge includes a hinge arm mounted on a base plate by an intermediate member having a U-shaped cross-section. The hinge arm is retained on the intermediate member by depth and joint adjustment devices, e.g. clamping and adjusting screws. Retaining elements of the intermediate member engage corresponding retaining elements of the base plate at two points staggered over the length of the base plate. The retaining elements are rigid at one such point, and the other point one retaining element is resilient. The hinge arm and the intermediate member engages the base plate with the rigid retaining elements and snaps only the base plate due to the resilient retaining element, in the form of a leaf spring. A rear end the intermediate member is provided with a bridge which defines a gap into which is inserted the leaf spring. A flap is punched from the leaf spring and engages in a recess of the intermediate member arranged underneath the bridge, thus locking the leaf spring to the intermediate member.

Abstract: A hinge includes a hinge arm which is mounted on a base plate so as to be adjustable. The hinge arm is mounted on an intermediate member or component by a gap adjusting screw and a clamping screw. The hinge arm can be locked on the base plate by means of a resilient snap engagement mechanism and at two bearing points, offset along the length of the hinge arm, is mounted indirectly on the base plate via the intermediate component. Separate, spring-loaded locking members or components are provided at the two bearing points. A manually operable unlocking device provides simultaneous unlocking of the locking members.

Abstract: A drawer guide fitting with a pull-out track (2) on the drawer and a support track (4) on the body, at each side of the drawer (6). The weight of the drawer (6) is transmitted by the pull-out tracks (2) by means of runners (1, 3) to the support tracks (4). A retraction device for the drawer is provided, which comprises a linear motor (5).

Abstract: A hinge with an adjusting system includes a hinge arm that can be secured to a base plate by at least one adapter. The hinge arm has holes through which pass adjusting and attachment screws. The adapter can be installed on the base plate and can be locked by means of a rocker lever supported on the adapter so as to be able to swivel. The adapter is U-shaped and has two side arms that enclose the base plate and the sides thereof. Both side arms of the adapter lie with no clearance on the base plate, and the material of at least one of the side arms is weakened at at least one place. The adapter is installed at the front by a cross pin thereof fitting in a notch in the base plate. The shape of the notch corresponds to that of the cross pin, and the cross pin is accommodated without any play within the notch. The generators or the center or mid-line longitudinal axes of the notch and the cross pin extend unstressed at an angle relative to each other.

Abstract: A pull-out guide assembly for use on each of opposite sides of a drawer includes a pull-out rail mounted on the drawer and a supporting rail mounted on a furniture body. Rollers are arranged between running flanges of the rails. The running flanges of the rails are inclined downwardly towards the rear. Thus, when the drawer is in the extreme front position of a path of extraction, it is acted upon to move in the closing direction by a horizontal force component. At the same time, the drawer is held in such front position by a locking device.

Abstract: A hinge has a hinge arm which is connected by hinge links with a hinge casing and is mounted on a mounting plate by a joint adjusting screw and a depth adjusting screw. The hinge arm is, at an end thereof which is close to the pivot axis of the hinge, engageable with the mounting plate by a rigid hook and is pivotable about this point of engagement. At its opposite end, the hinge arm has structure forming a resilient snap connection which engages the mounting plate and maintains the hinge arm mounted on the mounting plate. The structure forming the resilient snap connection has extending therefrom a handle member for enabling the resilient snap connection to be released by lifting the handle member away from the mounting plate.

Abstract: A closing device for a drawer includes a holding part in the form of a hook, a latch part and a spring tensioning such two parts to an engaged position. The holding part is, for example, fastened to a furniture body and the latch part to the drawer. The latch part has at least two different guide tracks for guiding the holding part, the holding part being guided along different guide tracks during opening and closing of the drawer. The holding part is bendable laterally as well as in the plane of the hook. When a tensioning force acts on a closed drawer, the holding part evades the latch part by bending in the plane of the hook.

Abstract: On each side of a drawer is provided a pull-out rail fastened to the drawer and a supporting rail fastened to a furniture body side wall. A closing device pulls the drawer inwardly during a rearward portion of a push-in movement of the drawer into the body of the piece of furniture. The closing device includes a roller mounted on a pivotable lever which is acted upon by a spring. The roller is guided under pressure along a guide path that partly includes double tracks, the roller being guided in one track during an extracting motion and in the other track during the push-in motion.

Abstract: A closing device is provided for a drawer having a pull-out rail fastened to the drawer and a supporting rail fastened to the body of an article of furniture. An energy storing member is arranged between the drawer and the furniture body, preferably between the pull-out rail and the supporting rail. Such energy storing member stores part of kinematic energy imported thereto during opening of the drawer and releases such energy to the drawer during an end portion of movement of the drawer during closing thereof. The energy storing member includes a holding member which is pivotally mounted at a body side wall and includes a zone of contact having the shape of a circular arc for engagement with a tension pinion that is stationarily mounted with respect to the body side wall. The tension pinion has a frictional connection with the pull-out rail.

Abstract: A fitting to connect the front plate of a drawer with a rail member thereof includes a dowel casing which can be fitted into the front plate and a hook member connected to the front end of the rail member to be engaged in the dowel casing. A metallic disk provides rigidity for the dowel casing. The hook member has a flange which abuts flush with the front face of the dowel casing and which has a bevelled portion.

Abstract: An article of furniture includes at least one drawer which is held between two side walls of the body of the article of furniture by a pull-out guide assembly including, on each side of the drawer, a supporting rail at the side of the body and a pull-out rail at the side of the drawer. The supporting rails are mounted at front and at rear bearing points at the body side walls. At the rear bearing points, the supporting rails are height-adjustably mounted and guided so that the pivoting movement of the supporting rails is limited.

Each supporting rails is in the longitudinal direction, divided into a stop member fastenable to a furniture side wall and a running member. The running members are pivotally mounted on the stop members about vertical axle located in the centers of respective running members. The running member of at least one supporting rail is acted upon by at least one spring which holds such running member parallel to the furniture side wall.
