  • Patent number: 9487974
Abstract: A switch device includes: a switch housing case; a holder fixedly placed inside the case; a switch fixedly housed inside the holder; and multiple switch buttons each capable of making pressing force act on the switch. An intermediate cap integrally including a lid portion covering the switch and a tubular portion continuing to a peripheral edge portion of the lid portion is attached to the holder. A first deformation portion on the tubular portion deforms the tubular portion by pressing on the lid portion from a first switch button. A second deformation portion on the lid portion deforms a center portion of the lid portion by pressing on the center portion of the lid portion from a second switch button. Two types of switch buttons without making changes to the parts exclusive of the switch buttons becomes possible.
