Abstract: The present invention can achieve stable transition between high-side and low-side power. A DC/DC converter is provided with a control unit and a main circuit including a switching circuit, and the control unit is provided with three control modes for transition between voltage levels, namely: a first mode in which a transition period between a pre-transition power level and a post-transition power level is implemented by means of constant-current control, a third mode in which a retention period for holding the voltages of the pre-transition power level and the post-transition power level is implemented by means of constant-voltage control, and a second mode in which a buffer period from the transition period to the retention period is implemented by means of constant-voltage control. The three modes are repeated in sequence so that a direct-current input is converted to and output as high-frequency pulses at a plurality of different voltage levels.

Abstract: Multi-phase interleaving control in a power supply device is accelerated. In addition, in accelerating the multi-phase interleaving control in the power supply device, acceleration in detecting a feedback signal and stabilization of a control system in a high-frequency band are promoted. Eliminating the need of the feedback signal according to a slow response detector, and using a detection signal obtained by a detector for detecting an AC signal capable of rapid response, thereby accelerating the multi-phase interleaving control in the power supply device. Then, the control system is stabilized, by satisfying a condition where gain is equal to 1 or less in a transfer function of the control system including an LC circuit, and a condition where a phase shift caused by dead time of switching time does not affect the sampling cycle.

Abstract: Provided is a technique for detecting a vehicle type and a traveling direction of a vehicle by an electromagnetic induction sensor. A sensor unit (10), which is an electromagnetic induction sensor, includes a transmission coil (TX1), a first reception coil (RX1), and a second reception coil (RX2). A magnetic field of a vehicle (90) made of steel attracts a magnetic field emitted from the transmission coil (TX1) (S1). As the vehicle (90) approaches, a state 1 indicated by the broken line changes to a state 2 indicated by the dash-dot line (S2). A reduction in induced voltage and a phase change occur with respect to the induced voltage when the first reception coil (RX1) is in the magnetic field of state 1 (when the vehicle is not detected) (S3). The differential output signals of the second reception coil RX2 and the first reception coil RX1 change according to the advancement of the vehicle and according to the unevenness of the vehicle bottom portion 92 and the metal species (S4).

Abstract: Multi-phase interleaving control of a power supply device is accelerated. Furthermore, in accelerating the multi-phase interleaving control in the power supply device, detection of feedback signal is accelerated. In the power supply device and a method for controlling the power supply device, output voltage is acquired as an operation result of a discrete time process using an initial value of the output voltage at a predetermined point, and a detection value of capacitance current at each point of the discrete time process. Accordingly, only detection of the initial value is performed when the output voltage being slow in response is acquired, and detection performed in the discrete time process can be accomplished by detection of capacitance current being rapid in response, thus enabling rapid response.

Abstract: When there is a train entering a building of a rail yard, a ground apparatus stores vehicle-formation-set IDs of respective vehicle-formation-sets of the train in the entering order by a FILO method. Additionally, when there is the train leaving the building, the vehicle-formation-set IDs are sequentially read by the FILO method, an inquiry addressed to the vehicle-formation-set IDs is transmitted in the order of the reading to obtain the train information from the on-board apparatus of each of the vehicle-formation-sets forming the train. When the on-board apparatus does not respond to the inquiry, and obtaining of the train information fails, the ground apparatus performs a predetermined alarm output control.

Abstract: A swing body engages with a driving end roller of a linearly moved driving slider at a driving end section. The swing body engages with a guide groove in a driven slider at a driven end section. The driven slider is coupled to a gap filler plate by a driven end roller changeable in installation position in a predetermined direction. A gap filler has an inverse motion preventive structure that, when the gap filler plate is in either a fully protruded state or a fully stored state, enables only forward motion transfer from the driving slider to the swing body. The guide groove is formed in a direction orthogonal or almost orthogonal to forward and backward movement directions of the gap filler plate. The predetermined direction and the direction of the guide groove are parallel to each other in the fully stored state.

Abstract: Provided is multi-phase interleaving control in a power supply device, the control allowing the pulse widths ?T of respective phases to overlap one another, so as to be adaptable to wideband pulse power control. In applying dead beat control to the multi-phase interleaving, constant current control is performed using combined current of the respective phase current values, and the pulse widths ?T(k) is computed under this constant current control, thereby preventing variation of the pulse widths ?T(k) between the phases, and achieving stable power control. Accordingly, the pulse power control becomes adaptable to wideband. Furthermore, wideband control is possible also in two-level pulse power control that performs control by switching at high frequency between High-level power and Low-level power.

A ground apparatus that is a ground apparatus of the ground apparatus system and is capable of communicating with a platform screen door control apparatus performs polling communication at a first communication frequency to obtain train location information from the train. When the train reaches an impending arrival range including a stop position at a station, the ground apparatus switches the communication frequency to a second communication frequency higher than the first communication frequency.
