Abstract: A well production method uses side gas lift valves above a packer and an ESP below the packer. In a gas lift mode, a controller turns the ESP motor off, and shifts a tubing valve below the packer to a gas lift position while flowing gas down the casing. While in the gas lift mode, a pressure gauge monitors motor lubricant pressure, which correlates with a flowing bottom hole pressure of the well fluid in the lower casing annulus. In an ESP mode, the controller stops the flow of gas from the gas source, shifts the tubing valve to an ESP position and turns on the motor, causing well fluid to flow through the pump intake. The pressure gauge continues to monitor the lubricant pressure during the ESP mode.

Abstract: A capacitive discharge unit for a fireset for initiating a fuzing event to detonate an explosive material. The capacitive discharge unit includes a capacitor for storing a voltage, and a silicon carbide thyristor for switching from a high to a low impedance state in response to a triggering pulse, which results in electrical current flowing from the capacitor to the fuzing load. The fireset may further include a controller for providing the triggering pulse to the silicon carbide thyristor. The capacitor stores between 500 V and 1200 V, and the silicon carbide thyristor has a rise time of between 78 ns and 141 ns. The capacitive discharge unit may further include a silicon carbide diode, in the form of a reverse current blocking diode or a Schottkey diode, functioning as a shunt to prevent a reverse current from passing through the switching silicon carbide thyristor.

Abstract: In some examples, dynamic responsive form creation may include obtaining, in a live environment and for a form, an indication of a modification to a field of the form. A modification to a schema may be determined in the live environment and based on the indication of the modification to the field of the form. A transformed schema may be generated based on transformation, in the live environment, of the modification to the schema. The transformed schema may be in a format that is usable to modify the form. An input associated with the field may be obtained in the live environment and based on a modified form generated from the transformed schema. A determination may be made, in the live environment, as to whether the input is valid by analyzing a validation associated with the field.

Abstract: A semiconductor device is disclosed including a memory module formed from a pair of semiconductor dies mounted face to face to each other at the wafer level, mechanically resulting in the die pair having a minimum warpage. An electronic component may be bonded to an exposed surface of one of the semiconductor dies.
Abstract: A semiconductor device is disclosed including a memory module formed from a pair of semiconductor dies mounted face to face to each other at the wafer level. These die pairs are formed using wafer-to-wafer bonding technology, where the wafers may be bonded to each other when they are of full thickness. Once bonded, respective inactive surfaces of the wafers may be thinned and then the die pairs diced from the wafers to form a completed memory module. When the wafers are bonded face to face, they compensate each other, mechanically resulting in the die pair having a minimum warpage.
