Abstract: The invention relates to a a single-use flexible bioreactor bag comprising a rigid multiport plate sealed to a side wall of said bioreactor bag, wherein said multiport plate comprises a plurality of ports. The invention further relates to a method of manufacturing the bag and to a method of installing the bag in a rigid support vessel.

Abstract: An atmospheric water generator apparatus. In one embodiment, the apparatus includes a fluid cooling device. A water condensing surface is thermally connected to the fluid cooling device, the water condensing surface having a superhydrophobic condensing surface, a highly hydrophobic condensing surface, a superhydrophilic condensing surface, a highly hydrophilic condensing surface, or a combination thereof. An air-cooled heat rejection device is in fluid communication with a fluid cooling device. An air fan is configured to induce airflow across the water condensing surface in order to condense and extract water from the atmosphere.

Abstract: A floor element for forming a floor covering is described herein, wherein the floor element includes a board having edges provided with coupling elements adapted to cooperate with coupling elements of an adjacent similar floor element in the floor covering. The coupling elements include at least one male part and at least one female part, the male part being positioned along a first edge and protruding outwardly beyond an upper edge at said first edge, and the female part being positioned along a second edge and extending inwardly beyond an upper edge at the second edge to form a recess for at least partially receiving the male part. In certain embodiments, the methods, uses and compounds are provided with reference to compounds of the structural formula (I), in which X1, X2, Z1, Z2, the ring system denoted by “a”, R1, L1, L2, Q, L3, R3, L4, R4, L5, and R5 are as described herein. In certain embodiments, compounds disclosed herein are especially active against cancers having a mutant KRAS gene.

Abstract: Among other things, a communication system comprising remote units and a controller is described. The remote units wirelessly exchanges radio frequency (RF) signals with mobile devices. Each RF signal comprises information destined for, or originating from, at least one of the mobile devices. The remote units and the controller communicate baseband data corresponding to the information across an intermediate network. The remote units each implement at least some physical layer processing for an air interface used to wirelessly communicate with the mobile devices. Two or more of the remote units transmit a downlink reference signal to a mobile device of the mobile devices.

Abstract: A system including one or more processors and one or more non-transitory computer-readable media storing computing instructions configured to run on the one or more processors and perform generating one or more item relational graphs for one or more items based on historical user purchases; transforming, using spectral filtering, the one or more item relational graphs into one or more frequency signals to remove noise from the one or more frequency signals; constructing, using a machine learning model, one or more item pair label classifications for one or more item pairs of the one or more items; generating a respective similarity score for each of the one or more item pairs; outputting a top k results for the one or more item pairs ranked by the respective similarity scores; and re-ranking, using a re-ranking algorithm, the top k results of the one or more item pairs based on a user preference for display on a user interface of an electronic device of a user. Abstract: The present disclosure relates generally to roofing products, for example, suitable for use covering and protecting the roofs of structures. The present disclosure relates more particularly to a roofing product including an upper section and an exposed section. The roofing product includes a substrate having a top surface and a bottom surface, and a plurality of zones of roofing granules disposed on the top surface of the substrate. The plurality of zones includes first, second and third zones within the exposed section. The first zone includes a first collection of algae-resistant roofing granules and has a first algae-resistance intensity. The second zone includes a second collection of algae-resistant roofing granules and has a second algae-resistance intensity. The third zone has a third algae-resistance intensity that is different from the first algae-resistance intensity.

Abstract: Herein described are at least a system, computer readable storage media, and method for resuming consumption of content which was interrupted by a high priority message. In one embodiment, the method includes receiving the message while tuned to a first communications channel for receiving content, and transmitting a first signal responsive to detecting the start of the message. The first signal may pause delivery of the content, and may determine a location in the content corresponding to the start of the message. The method may further transmit a second signal responsive to detecting an end of the message, and trigger a resumption of delivery of the content starting at the indexed location.

Abstract: This document describes techniques and devices for blood-solute calculation with a mobile device using non-invasive spectroscopy. A mobile device (502) includes a light source (504) that emits light toward an interferometer (508) that uses mirrors to separate and recombine the light. The interferometer directs the recombined light toward a person. Light reflected from, or transmitted through, the person is received through a reception port (506) to a photodetector (510) that outputs photodetector data that corresponds to a measured light intensity of the reflected and transmitted light as a function of a path length of the light or a mirror position of the interferometer. Based on the photodetector data, an interferogram is generated. Applying a technique such as a Fourier transform to the interferogram, a spectrum data set of the reflected and transmitted light is generated. Based on the spectrum data set, a concentration of solutes in the person's blood is calculated.

Abstract: A latch includes a housing, a fork bolt, and a detent lever. The fork bolt is coupled to the housing and is movable between an unlatched position, a primary latched position, and a secondary latched position. The detent lever is operably coupled to the housing and is arranged to cooperate with the fork bolt. A drive link is operatively connected to the fork bolt and to the detent lever. The drive link is movable in a first direction to engage the detent lever to open the latch and is movable in a second direction to engage the fork bolt to cinch the latch.

Abstract: An insulated retail packaging container, method of manufacturing the same, and a method of filling the container. An embodiment of the container includes a plurality of interconnected panels establishing a flexible waterproof insulated bag. A re-closeable seal is configured to temporarily close the bag creating an enclosable receiving compartment that contains a plurality of individually packaged cups. A thermally insulating lining is secured to a majority of an internal surface of the receiving compartment. Disposed within one of the pluralities of interconnected panels is a first viewing window. The first viewing window is comprised of a transparent material, thereby allowing a user to determine a state of the retail products housed within the insulated retail packaging container without having to open the re-closeable seal when the insulated retail packaging container is operating as a cooler.

The method may be performed by a communication server of a web communication service. The method includes receiving a request from the user web application to communicate with the entity, establishing a communication session between the user web application and an automated agent, obtaining contextual information associated with the communication session, the contextual information including information provided by the user web application, determining that a user of the user web application should be connected with a live agent, and in response to the determining, connecting the user web application with a terminal of an agent associated with the entity. The method further includes providing the live agent associated with the entity with the contextual information.

Abstract: An augmented reality-based content authoring tool is presented. A content author arranges machine-recognizable markers in a physical environment. A computing device operating as the authoring tool recognizes the markers and their arrangement based on a captured digital representation of the physical environment. Once recognized, augmented reality primitives corresponding to the markers can be bound together via their primitive interfaces to give rise to a content set. The individual primitives and content set are instantiated based on the nature of the marker's arrangement.

Abstract: A method implemented by a system for security comprising an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) and an analytics device configured to communicate with a remote monitoring system and the UAV is provided. Media data from the UAV is received at an analytics device, where the media data includes surveillance information corresponding to a premises under surveillance. Security attributes associated with the premises are detected based at least in part on a first level of machine learning (ML) analysis performed on the media data. The media data are transmitted by the analytics device to the remote monitoring system for a second level of ML analysis based at least in part on the security attribute, where the first level of ML analysis is less computationally expensive compared to the second level of ML analysis, and the second level of ML analysis is performed at the remote monitoring system on the media data.
