When it is determined that said content is cached locally, then: determining a current cache policy associated with the content; and then determining, based on said current cache policy associated with the content, whether it is acceptable to serve the content that is cached locally; based on said determining, when it is not acceptable to serve the content that is cached locally, obtaining a new version of the content and then serving the new version of the content, otherwise when it is acceptable to serve the content that is cached locally, serving the content that is cached locally.

Abstract: An apparatus including a memory structure comprising non-volatile memory cells and a microcontroller. The microcontroller is configured to output Core-Timing-Control (CTC) signals. The CTC signals are used to control voltages that are applied in the memory structure. For example, CTC signals may be used to control the timing of voltages applied to word lines, bit lines, select lines, and other elements or control lines in the memory core. The microcontroller is configured to output CTC signals having many different variations under various modes/parameter conditions. The apparatus may include storage containing reaction data according to dynamic conditions. The microcontroller may be configured to lookup or compute the CTC signals based on the dynamic conditions and the reaction data. Various data storage formats are disclosed, which can be used to efficiently store many varieties of data with minimum usage of memory.

Abstract: Described are applicators having a plunger with a plunger body, and a tube having a receptacle end for insertion of the plunger, and a connector end formed of flexible plastic material having a bull-nose shape. As an example, the plunger body can include a viewing window. As another example, the connector end has an internal surface that is free of threaded connectors. A first message is transmitted to a network server via the base station over a bearer. The first message is configured to trigger establishment of a connection to the network server. A second message is received from the network server via the base station over the bearer. The second message is configured to cause transmission of the first data to the network server. Abstract: Techniques and apparatuses are described for enabling user equipment to coordinate for interference cancelation. In some aspects, base stations form a user equipment coordination set by pairing a UE of a base station with another UE of another base station. The UE receives, from the other UE, information regarding an uplink transmission of the other UE to the other base station, the information including I/Q samples for the uplink transmission. Based on the received information, the UE can model interference from the uplink transmission of the other UE to a reception of a downlink transmission by the base station to the UE. After the UE receives the downlink transmission, the UE cancels, based on the modeling of the interference, the interference to the received downlink transmission from the uplink transmission of the other UE. By so doing, receiver performance or link quality of the interference-canceling UE can be improved.

Abstract: A container with a non-heat-seal window and a process for fabricating a low surface energy container with a non-heat-seal window. The process comprises forming a container template and cutting an opening in the container template. A window comprising a window stock material, a releasable liner, and a wiped on adhesive positioned between the window stock material and the releasable liner is sized to overlap the opening. A portion of the adhesive is exposed and the window is positioned over the opening. The window is then secured to the container template over the opening without the need to apply heat, and the container template is folded into the low surface energy container with the window.
