In response to the first DCI indicating the activation of the cell: the first active BWP is activated; and the BWP inactivity timer is started based on the timer value. Abstract: A container with a non-heat-seal window and a process for fabricating a low surface energy container with a non-heat-seal window. The process comprises forming a container template and cutting an opening in the container template. A window comprising a window stock material, a releasable liner, and a wiped on adhesive positioned between the window stock material and the releasable liner is sized to overlap the opening. A portion of the adhesive is exposed and the window is positioned over the opening. The window is then secured to the container template over the opening without the need to apply heat, and the container template is folded into the low surface energy container with the window.

Abstract: A water filter and nutrient delivery system comprising a water inlet in fluid communication with a water supply via a conduit is provided. The water inlet is configured to transmit a flow of water to a filter system comprised of a filter media to remove contaminants from the water flow and expel filtered water. An additive system receives the expelled water from the filter system and is comprised of an additive capsule containing an additive composition to treat the water flow. A mixer combines the additive composition into the water flow and expels to treated water through a water outlet.

The method also includes determining an expected location of the agricultural vehicle based on a harvesting map for the agricultural vehicle. The method further includes determining a route to the expected location of the agricultural vehicle based on the expected location of the agricultural vehicle and the location of the autonomous grain cart. The method also includes controlling the autonomous grain cart based on the route to the expected location of the agricultural vehicle after the signal indicating that the other autonomous grain cart is moving to the agricultural product storage tank from the agricultural vehicle is received.

Abstract: Heartbeat consensus forming for the state of a digital ledger built upon a blockchain to provide users with the ability to securely, accurately, and verifiably share state information between distrustful parties is provided herein. The digital ledger is hosted in a networked environment, accessible by multiple parties. Heartbeat transactions allow clients, who are not in direct communication with one another and may distrust one another, to verify the integrity of the digital ledger via consensus. The consensus is readily verifiable by each client on its own machine and allows the ledger to be recovered to an agreed-to state in the event of a fault initiated by a client or the host of the ledger, whether malicious or otherwise. The digital ledger is freely movable to different hosts in the event of a fault.

In group-wise interleave, an LDPC code in which a code length N is 16200 bits and an encoding rate r is 6/15, 8/15, or 10/15 is interleaved in units of bit groups of 360 bits. In group-wise deinterleave, a sequence of the LDPC code that has undergone the group-wise interleave is restored to an original sequence. For example, the present technology can be applied to a technique of performing data transmission using an LDPC code.

The prediction information is indicative of an intra block copy mode, the current block is one of a plurality of coding blocks in a coding tree block (CTB) with a right to left coding order being allowed within the current CTB. The processing circuitry determines a block vector that points to a reference block in a same picture as the current block. Then, the processing circuitry ensures the reference block being buffered in a reference sample memory based on at least a determination that a sample that is right of a leftmost sample of the reference block is buffered in the reference sample memory. Further, the processing circuitry reconstructs at least a sample of the current block based on reconstructed samples of the reference block.
