  • Patent number: 10798701
Abstract: A wireless device receives a first downlink control information (DCI) indicating: a hybrid retransmission request (HARQ) identifier; and a new data identifier (NDI). In response to the first DCI, a first transport block (TB) is generated. In response to not detecting a second DCI during a validation duration: the first DCI is invalidated; and transmission of the first TB is dropped. A third DCI is received. The third DCI indicates a same value of the HARQ identifier. In response to the third DCI, uplink signals are transmitted comprising, based on the NDI, one of an adaptive-retransmission of the first TB or a new transmission of a second TB.

  • Patent number: 10796290
Abstract: A system includes one or more memory devices storing instructions, and one or more processors configured to execute the instructions to perform steps of a method. The system may provide an augmented environment that facilitates a transaction. The system may store profile data including user payment or user profile information. The system may then receive environmental data, and identify one or more action items in the environmental data. In response to this identification, the system may augment the environmental data by adding virtual environmental data, and then provide this virtual environmental data to a device to create an augmented environment. The system can then receive user input data, and provide purchase request data to a merchant terminal in response to those inputs.

  • Patent number: 10798281
Abstract: Various examples of a driver monitoring apparatus and a method of disabling a driver facing camera are disclosed. A driver monitoring controller receives video images of a driver and transmits control messages to a driver facing camera. The driver monitoring controller receives a signal indicating that the driver desires to disable the driver facing camera. The driver monitoring controller receives messages indicating a vehicle state. The control logic of the driver monitoring controller disables the driver facing camera by transmitting a control message to disable the driver facing camera in response to a control input indicating the driver desires to disable the driver facing camera and a vehicle state message indicating a vehicle state does not meet a predetermined condition. The control logic of the driver monitoring controller enables the camera automatically in response to a vehicle state message indicating the vehicle state meets the predetermined condition.

  • Patent number: 10795673
Abstract: A debugging and diagnostics system allow for dynamic code generation that inserts code into a production application to identify snappoints or breakpoints that cause snapshots to be taken if predefined conditionals are satisfied. The snappoints are associated with locations in source code for the production application and include conditional statements that must be met to create a snapshot of the production application. The snappoints are used to generate a collection plan that is provided to the server running the production application. The server rewrites the code of the production application based upon the collection plan to insert instructions that create snapshots when the conditional statements are met.

  • Patent number: 10798402
Abstract: Motion estimation or compensation functionality of a hardware component is used to encode or decode key frames and other video frames. The hardware component includes a memory, which may, for example, be a local static random access memory or an external dynamic random access memory. Upon a block of a frame being encoded or decoded, data associated with that block is stored in the memory. That data can then be processed by motion estimation or motion compensation for use in encoding or decoding one or more later blocks within the same frame. The data may, for example, be stored in the memory after operations for reconstruction and loop filtering have been performed. The data stored in the memory may effectively be processed using traditional inter-prediction operations, such as to identify similar video objects within blocks of the same frame.
