Abstract: Systems and methods for user request detection and execution in a mobile electronic communications device entail using a low power request detection module in conjunction with a high power request detection module. The low power request detection module detects speech, determines that the detected speech is that of an authorized user and determines that the speech contains a request. The low power request detection module then awakens the high power request detection module from idle, which then determines with a higher confidence threshold that the speech of the authorized user contains a request and the interprets and executes the request.

Abstract: Techniques are provided to reduce neighbor word line interference and charge loss in a multi-pass program operation. In one implementation, the first pass of a multi-pass program operation uses one or more program pulses without performing associated verify tests. The memory cells may be programmed to different intermediate threshold voltage (Vth) distributions in the first program pass. Different bit line voltages can be used to obtain the different intermediate Vth distributions when the single program pulse is applied. In other cases, multiple program pulses are applied without performing verify tests. The intermediate Vth distributions can be provided for the memory cells assigned to the higher data states but not the lower data states, or for memory cells assigned to both the higher and lower data states.

  • Publication number: 20200312415
Abstract: Techniques are provided to compensate for neighbor word line interference when programming memory cells connected to a selected word line WLn. Before programming, the assigned data states of WLn and WLn+1 are compared and corresponding compensation data is generated. The compensation data may be stored in latches of sense circuits to modify the verify tests which occur during programming. The compensation can involve adjusting the bit line voltage, word line voltage, sense node discharge period and/or trip voltage. During a verify test, the compensation data can cause a WLn memory cell to complete programming when its threshold voltage is lower than would be the case with no compensation. When the WLn+1 memory cells are subsequently programmed, an upshift in the threshold voltage of the WLn memory cell offsets the compensation.

Abstract: Many pneumonia diseases and lung malfunctions can be quickly repaired using an improved lung lavage technique where the patient is rotated in specific 3D orientations to increase the efficiency of the lavage procedure. The process involves filling and emptying the lungs with fluid and rotating the patient makes this process “natural” and effective. Supplementary, a hydro-pneumatic system facilitates the operations with the patient sustained in various positions such as being immersed in water and having various control mechanisms such as variable pressures, temperatures, and performing assisted breathing. Additionally, immersed devices are implanted that “shake-up of alveolar wall” and other devices perform ultrasound imaging with a 0.1 mm resolution, a resolution in competition with stereoscopic X-ray. The bio-medical data acquisition system allows physicians to completely assess patient status in real time and guide the treatment to ensure optimum patient care, under quality assurance procedures.

Abstract: A system for processing cannabinoids and recovering solvent has a vessel for a mixture of cannabinoids and solvent. A pump forms a vacuum in the system to draw the mixture into a first heat exchanger to pre-heat the mixture. A falling film evaporator receives the mixture from the first heat exchanger, and boils the mixture to form a solvent vapor. Heat is transferred to incoming mixture of the system, and cools and condenses the solvent vapor to form solvent condensate and vapor. A second heat exchanger receives and further cools the solvent condensate and vapor to form further condensed solvent and some solvent vapor.
