Abstract: A system and method for document creation, documentation, storage and deletion using blockchain technology features a user computational device and enterprise HR Application communicating with an application server through a computer network. The application services direct which service to initiate based on instructions from the user computational device and enterprise HR application. A user can log into the system, creates a draft document by filing out a template, and optionally attach supporting materials. The system then starts an approval process until an approved and finalized document is created and added to the blockchain. All drafts are then permanently eliminated. Permanent records of the specific documents received by specific users can also be immutably created. The system provides powerful search capabilities that are customizable to the user's needs.

Abstract: Techniques for modelling a radio network in a geographic region utilizing shared spectra are disclosed. Population data is obtained for the geographic region. A number of radios per channel in the geographic region, N?, is determined. Candidate geographic location for radios in the geographic region are determined. For every channel in the shared spectra, at least one of a static dataset and a dynamic dataset is determined. At least one set of output data, that is a statistical characterization of the radio network, is generated using at least one of the static dataset and the dynamic dataset, to aid in design of the radio network.

Abstract: The disclosed embodiments provide a system for processing data. During operation, the system determines activity features for candidates that match parameters of a search from a moderator of an opportunity, wherein the activity features include an amount of interaction between a candidate and additional moderators and a frequency of visits by the candidate to a platform used to conduct the interaction between the candidate and the additional moderators. Next, the system applies a machine learning model to the activity features to produce activeness scores representing levels of activity of the candidates with respect to the platform. The system then generates a ranking of the candidates according to the activeness scores. Finally, the system outputs at least a portion of the ranking as a set of search results of the search.

In some examples, an apparatus for video decoding includes receiving circuitry and processing circuitry. For example, the processing circuitry receives a bitstream including bits corresponding to residues associated with a prediction of a block in a coding tree unit (CTU) and determines a maximum transform size based on the CTU size. The maximum transform size is used in a partition to form, from the residues, one or more transform blocks that are respectively encoded into the bits. The respective vehicle systems perform the requested task when the selected one of the slave controllers completely executes the assigned task.
