Abstract: A system for controlling power distribution between a renewable energy source (RES) that generates electrical power, a power grid, an energy storage system (ESS) coupled to and configured to store electrical power from the RES and the power grid, and a behind-the-meter (BTM) load coupled to and configured to receive electrical power from the RES, the ESS, and the power grid includes a controller. The controller includes a processor and a non-transitory computer readable storage medium comprising instructions stored thereon that, upon execution by the processor, cause the controller to determine a prioritization mode and control the flow of electrical power in the system based on the prioritization mode.

Abstract: A healthcare management system is described. The system may include one or more nodes associated with a blockchain. The one or more nodes may include a blockchain ledger having patient information. The nodes may further include a processor configured to obtain a request from a patient to avail a medical procedure from a medical provider. The processor may obtain the patient information from the blockchain ledger responsive to obtaining the request. The processor may determine that a health saving account associated with the patient is linked with healthcare management system, and schedule an appointment for the medical procedure with the medical provider when the health saving account is linked with the system. In addition, the processor may determine a medical procedure authenticity, and deduct an amount associated with the medical procedure from the health saving account responsive to a determination that the medical procedure is authentic.

The wireless device determines, for over-the-air computation and based on data being available on the first wireless device, a second transmit power value of a second signal. The wireless device transmits, based on the first transmit power value, the first signal via a first shared resource, where one or more third signals transmitted by one or more second wireless devices are superposed over the air with the first signal in the first shared resource. The wireless device transmits, based on the second transmit power value, the second signal via a second shared resource, where one or more fourth signals transmitted by the one or more second wireless devices are superposed over the air in the second shared resource.

Abstract: Presented are intelligent vehicle control systems enabling external control of vehicles using visible or audible cues, methods for making/using such vehicle control systems, and motor vehicles equipped with such control systems. A method of controlling operation of a vehicle includes a vehicle controller receiving a trigger signal indicating the vehicle is in an automatic control trigger state and, responsive to receiving the trigger signal, activating an automatic control mode that enables an entity outside the vehicle to control the vehicle using visible and/or audible cues. The vehicle controller determines if an on-vehicle network of sensing devices detects a visible/audible cue from the external entity; if so, the controller responsively determines if the detected visible/audible cue is a preset valid command.

Abstract: A distributed radio frequency communication system includes a remote radio unit (RRU and a baseband unit (BBU) and facilitates communication between a wireless terminal and a core network. The RRU receives a radio frequency signal from a wireless terminal and convert the radio frequency signal to digital baseband samples using receiver circuitry and an analog-to-digital converter. The RRU then adaptively compresses the digital baseband samples, using adaptive compression circuitry, to create fronthaul uplink information, and sends the fronthaul uplink information over a fronthaul link to the BBU using an adaptive fronthaul protocol. The RRU also receives fronthaul downlink information over a fronthaul link from the BBU using an adaptive fronthaul protocol and generates frequency-domain samples, based on the fronthaul downlink information received.

The one or more servers may compare the counter to the expected counter value for synchronization. A deflector deflects the container closures into the discharge hopper in a desired orientation, and a control system detects the container closures and operates a pusher assembly to control movement of the container closers. Abstract: The present embodiments relate to generating various predictive overlays over a video of a tennis match. Tracking data of a tennis match can be processed to derive insights into the tennis match. For example, the tracking data can indicate a current state of the match and a likelihood of a ball being returned to various regions of the court. This can be used to create a first overlay that can be added over a video of the tennis match. Further, player rankings based on various categories (e.g., technical, tactical, mental, physical) can be generated to provide insights into skills of each player relative to other ranked players. Additional insights, such as a forecast predicting a likelihood of winning an upcoming match or tournament can also be generated. A player card can be generated using such information to provide various aspects of a player skill onto a single output.

In some embodiments, the transformer model can be trained to transcribe or translate audio data in multiple languages using labeled audio data.
