  • Patent number: 10546023
Abstract: Generating and/or recommending command bundles for a user of an automated assistant. A command bundle comprises a plurality of discrete actions that can be performed by an automated assistant. One or more of the actions of a command bundle can cause transmission of a corresponding command and/or other data to one or more devices and/or agents that are distinct from devices and/or agents to which data is transmitted based on other action(s) of the bundle. Implementations determine command bundles that are likely relevant to a user, and present those command bundles as suggestions to the user. In some of those implementations, a machine learning model is utilized to generate a user action embedding for the user, and a command bundle embedding for each of a plurality of command bundles. Command bundle(s) can be selected for suggestion based on comparison of the user action embedding and the command bundle embeddings.

  • Publication number: 20200027166
Abstract: The invention is that of a method of investing in a foreign company, particularly in Australia, in a manner that confers unique benefits in terms of financial risk, corporate legal risk and tax treatment of investors. A search fund principal forms a limited liability company within the United States and enters the limited liability company into a limited partnership agreement with a foreign (preferably Australian) general partner and optionally one or more limited partners. The limited partnership registers with the foreign government (preferably Australia) as a venture capital limited partnership and is subject to Australian corporate law and not subject to Australia's thin capitalization rules. The limited partnership invests in the foreign company, preferably in Australia, by way of a convertible note. • Publication number: 20200029089
Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure provide methods and apparatuses for video encoding/decoding. In some examples, an apparatus for video decoding includes receiving circuitry and processing circuitry. For example, the processing circuitry decodes prediction information of a current block in a current picture from a coded video bitstream. The prediction information is indicative of an affine based motion vector prediction. Further, the processing circuitry identifies consecutive minimum compensation blocks that are adjacent of the current block and affine coded. Then, the processing circuitry determines, based on motion information of at least two minimum compensation blocks in the consecutive minimum compensation blocks, parameters of an affine model, and reconstruct at least a sample of the current block based on the affine model that is used to transform between the current block and a reference block in a reference picture that has been reconstructed.

  • Publication number: 20200023050
Abstract: An improved, cost effective and shortened process of purification of the capsular polysaccharide of S. pneumoniae, Group B Streptococcus, H. influenzae, S. typhoid and N. meningitidis is disclosed. The process includes a cocktail of enzyme treatment, tangential flow filtration, and multimodal chromatography purification. For Gram-negative bacteria, endotoxin removal process involves endotrap HD resin. This shortened process achieved the purity required by WHO/EP/BP for the use in human vaccine preparation, with simple steps and higher yield as compared to conventional processes. The steps of the process avoid use of organic solvents such as, for example, alcohol, phenol, and ultracentrifugation that are otherwise expensive and time consuming to perform, and/or health hazards for commercial use. This process disclosed is also simple, efficient, non-toxic, easy to scale-up, and environmentally friendly.

  • Publication number: 20200024763
Abstract: Systems and methods are described, and one method includes storing a PCB dimension, a vapor chamber (VC) case configuration, a package height of a heat-generating (HG) device, a component data identifying a height of a component, and a layout configuration data indicating locations for the HG device and the component. Upon determining the component location is an interfering location, the VC case configuration data is updated to indicate an inner clearance perimeter for the VC case, surrounding the interfering location. Electroforming forms the VC, for thermal coupling to the HG device, having a VC case with rimless, seamless outer peripheral surfaces aligned and facing according to the VC case outer perimeter, and other rimless surfaces aligned and facing, relative to the clearance perimeter, to form a clearance.
