    Abstract: A three-speed gearbox assembly for an electric drive vehicle includes three planetary gear sets. A first clutch selectively couples the electric motor output to a second portion of the first planetary gear set, a second clutch selectively grounds the second portion of the first planetary gear set, and a third clutch selectively grounds a portion of the third planetary gear set. A fourth clutch is selectively engaged to lock first and second axle shafts to provide a locked differential function. The gearbox assembly is selectively switchable between (i) a first gear where the second and third clutches are engaged and the first and fourth clutches are disengaged, (ii) a second gear where first and third clutches are engaged and the second and fourth clutches are disengaged, and (iii) a third gear where second and fourth clutches are engaged and the first and third clutches are disengaged.

In particular, a residential robotic device may navigate along a predetermined or dynamically-determined route on one floor of the structure. As the residential robotic device travels along the route, the residential robotic device can use one or more sensors to track the area covered. The living area estimation system can obtain a traversed area map directly or indirectly from the residential robotic device, use image processing techniques to enhance the traversed area map, and estimate a living area of a floor on which the residential robotic device operated using the enhanced traversed area map. The living area estimation system can then use artificial intelligence and the estimated floor living area to estimate the living area of a structure.

The gaming motion control interface can provide enhanced interaction and viewing of a game application by utilizing the inherent folding mechanics and position of each display segment relative to each other such that a virtual object or point of reference shown on the display corresponds with the device's folding motion. Other applications that do not relate to gaming may also be applied utilizing the same techniques disclosed.

    Abstract: Methods and systems for training an autonomous vehicle (AV) motion planning model are disclosed. The system receives a log of data representing objects detected by an AV over time. The system identifies a group of sample times in the log. Each sample time represents a time at which the AV made a choice in response to a state of an object. For each of the sample times, the system will generate candidate trajectories for the AV, and it will output the candidate trajectories on a display. The system will receive a label with a rating for each candidate trajectory. The system will then save, to a data set, each of the candidate trajectories in association with its label and the data from the log for its corresponding sample time. The system may then apply the data set to an AV motion planning model to train the model.

The predicting the operator action includes comparing the determined upcoming traffic pattern with a similar historic traffic pattern and retrieving a historical operator action in response to the similar historical pattern.
