Abstract: A central cloud computing account may aggregate events (e.g., configuration change events, policy change events, computing resource-based events, AWS resource policy modification events, etc.) from a plurality of non-centralized (e.g., distributed across various geographic regions, etc.) cloud computing accounts. The central cloud computing account may implement standardized and/or common formatting for configuration information (e.g., computing resource policy information, AWS resource policy information, etc.) indicated by each of the aggregated events. The standardized and/or common formatting may facilitate versioning to indicate changes to the configuration information for each of the non-centralized cloud computing accounts.

Abstract: A manifold block is provided for locating between a hydraulic pressure supply and a piece of equipment, such as a material handler. The manifold block allows for bidirectional flow and provides both flow and pressure control in the supply direction, but not in the return direction. The manifold block allows for the equipment to be protected from experiencing fluid pressure or a flow rate that is higher than limits set in the manifold block, thereby protecting hydraulically powered equipment, e.g., a material handler, regardless of the hydraulic supply parameters of a machine to which it is attached.

Abstract: Systems, devices, and methods are provided for a locking apparatus. A locking apparatus can be configured to operably attach a fixed-wing of an aircraft to a body of the aircraft. The locking apparatus can include a first connector configured to releasably receive a first tube, a second connector having a first side and second side, the first side configured to receive a second tube and the second side configured to releasably receive the first connector, and an end coupling cap configured to releasably lock the first connector and second connector together.

Abstract: Securely redirecting a system service routine via a provider service table. A service call provider is loaded within an operating system executing in a lower trust security zone. The service call provider comprises metadata indicating a system service routine to be redirected to the service call provider. Based on the metadata, a provider service table is built within a higher trust security zone. The service table redirects the system service routine to the service call provider. Memory page(s) associated with the provider service table are hardware protected, and a read-only view is exposed to the operating system. The provider service table is associated with a user-mode process. A service call for a particular system service routine is received by the operation system from the user-mode process and, based on the provider service table being associated with the user-mode process, the service call is directed to the service call provider.

Abstract: Methods and systems are provided for reconstructing images from measurement data using one or more deep neural networks according to a decimation strategy. In one embodiment, a method for reconstructing an image using measurement data comprises, receiving measurement data acquired by an imaging device, selecting a decimation strategy, producing a reconstructed image from the measurement data using the decimation strategy and one or more deep neural networks, and displaying the reconstructed image via a display device. By decimating measurement data to form one or more decimated measurement data arrays, a computational complexity of mapping the measurement data to image data may be reduced from O(N4), where N is the size of the measurement data, to O(M4), where M is the size of an individual decimated measurement data array, wherein M<N.

Abstract: A device for use in laparoscopic surgery is provided. Abstract: A bracket for attachment to a structure is provided that includes a base having a supporting portion and a mounting portion extending at an angle to the supporting portion. The mounting portion defines one or more first mounting holes sized to receive a fastener for mounting the bracket to the structure and disposed at an oblique angle to the mounting portion. The base defines a gap having a width. The bracket includes a support arm extending from the base and through the gap of the base. The support arm has a width at an interconnection with the base that is less than the width of the of the gap such that a first portion of the base is on one side of the support arm and a second portion of the base is on an opposite side of the support arm. At least a portion of the one or more first mounting holes is located above a top of the support arm.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are modular container systems having child-resistant containers, tray inserts and tray frames. Also disclosed are methods using the modular container systems and methods of storing substances in containers. The containers have a container base and a container cap and provide for child-resistant containers. A user can releasably remove the container cap from container base with a squeeze and lift sequence. For example, the user squeezes opposite sides of the container base, which releases a locking mechanism and allows for removal of the cap by lifting or pulling the container cap off from the container base. The components of the modular container system are modular and stackable. The modular system allow for organized, efficient, accessible and storage of the child-resistant containers. The modular container system also allows for easy counting, sorting and processing of the containers.

Abstract: A gasket for an internal-combustion engine is designed to seal between an engine block and a cover of the internal-combustion engine. The gasket includes a plurality of members that are metal and a layer of elastomeric material on the members. The elastomeric layer includes joints between the members. The joints allow the gasket to flex to accommodate potential variation in sealing surface of the engine block without bending of the members.

Abstract: A drop kit that attaches to a pair of parallel picatinny rails one drone uses a pair of drop mechanisms that hold one side of a load bearing basket. The opposing side of the basket is pivotally secured to a goggle plate. Each drop mechanism is attached to one of the rails and the goggle plate to both of the rails via a spring-loaded centering clamp system. The drop mechanisms use a drop cam that rotates between and open and closed position so that when the drone arrives at a desired spot, a signal is provided to a pair of motors, each motor associated with one of the drop mechanisms, in order to rotate the drop cam into its open position, releasing its side of the basket with the opposing side of the basket pivoting and then falling free of the goggle plate.

Existing CBSD-SAS call flow message exchange and registration data specifications are modified in accordance with various embodiments to provide support for radio types having spectrum requirements less than the nominal minimum channel size.

Abstract: Tapered stator designs are engineered in a positive displacement motor (PDM) power section to relieve stator stress concentrations at the lower (downhole) end of the power section in the presence of rotor tilt. A contoured stress relief is provided in the stator to compensate for rotor tilt, where the taper is preferably more aggressive at the lower end of the stator near the bit.

Abstract: This invention provides processes and systems for converting biomass into high-carbon biogenic reagents that are suitable for a variety of commercial applications. Some embodiments employ pyrolysis in the presence of an inert gas to generate hot pyrolyzed solids, condensable vapors, and non-condensable gases, followed by separation of vapors and gases, and cooling of the hot pyrolyzed solids in the presence of the inert gas. Additives may be introduced during processing or combined with the reagent, or both. The biogenic reagent may include at least 70 wt %, 80 wt %, 90 wt %, 95 wt %, or more total carbon on a dry basis. The biogenic reagent may have an energy content of at least 12,000 Btu/lb, 13,000 Btu/lb, 14,000 Btu/lb, or 14,500 Btu/lb on a dry basis. The biogenic reagent may be formed into fine powders, or structural objects. The structural objects may have a structure and/or strength that derive from the feedstock, heat rate, and additives.

Abstract: Disclosed is an ankle foot orthoses (AFO) that can be configured for either posterior or anterior entry of a user's injured or malfunctioning leg and foot without removing shoe gear on that foot. The AFO comprises a shoe-receiving foot shell, a pair of vertical struts connected to the foot shell and multiple shoe and leg retaining straps or binders. The several straps or binders, which include adjustable closures, are attached to the foot shell and/or the vertical struts to provide the user with the ability to align, properly position, and support the leg and foot for preferred orientation of the injured or malfunctioning leg and foot during the healing process of the thereof.
