Abstract: A method for debonding a wafer from a bonded wafer stack is disclosed. Initially, a light-absorbing layer is placed on a carrier. A wafer is then attached to the light-absorbing layer of the carrier via an adhesive layer to form a bonded wafer stack. After processing the wafer has been processed, a light pulse from a flashlamp is applied to a non-wafer side of the carrier to heat the light-absorbing layer and the adhesive layer in order to loosen the wafer from the bonded wafer stack. Finally, the wafer is removed from the bonded wafer stack.

Abstract: In examples, a first Anycast advertisement is received from a first server identifying the first server as a primary address for a service. In addition, a second Anycast advertisement is received from the first server identifying the first server as a secondary address for the service. Further, a third Anycast advertisement is received from a second server identifying the second server as the secondary address for the service. A first community advertisement is also from the first server identifying the first server as a member of a first community. Thereafter, a first request is received from a client including the primary address, and the request is routed to the first server. When a second request from the client is received including the secondary address, based at least on the community advertisement, the first server is ignored, and the second request is routed to the second server.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for implementing confidence enhancement for responses by document-based large language models (“LLMs”) or other AI/ML systems. A first prompt is generated based on data items that are previously received or accessed. The first prompt is used by a first LLM or AI/ML system to extract requested information from the data items. One or more citations are generated and presented within a structured object together with a representation of the extracted information, in some cases, as output from a second LLM or AI/ML system. In some cases, the citations and/or the representation may be verified by a third LLM or AI/ML system, and reliability indicators may be generated for the citations and/or the representation based on determined accuracy of the citations and/or the representation. In this manner, the common issue of hallucinations may be mitigated.

Abstract: Method and system for safety monitoring of a rechargeable lithium battery powering an electrical device. Primary parameters of battery are measured during a normal operation of the electrical device. Primary parameters may include: DC current; DC voltage; state of charge; measurement timestamps; battery temperature and ambient temperature. Primary parameters are processed to derive secondary parameters, and to determine a state of risk (SOR) of battery based on primary parameters and secondary parameters, during normal operation of electrical device. Processing may apply resistors-capacitors model and/or machine learning model. SOR determination may be based on comparison with baseline value reflecting baseline condition of battery. SOR may include categories of No Fault Found (NFF); Potential Fault Found (PFF); and Fault Found (FF). Alert of a potential short circuit derived hazard may be provided and/or countermeasure may be implemented responsive to determined SOR, such as when SOR category is PFF or FF.
