Abstract: Various embodiments are directed to securely verifying an identity of a user who is requesting to add or link a financial instrument to a third-party digital wallet using one-tap contactless card authentication. The financial instrument may be added or linked to the third-party wallet in at least two scenarios: pull provisioning and push provisioning. In either provisioning scenarios, the user may be required to authenticate the financial instrument being added or linked by successfully verifying the identity of the user via the one-tap contactless card authentication at a banking application associated with the financial instrument.

Abstract: A method including receiving an operational pressure measurement of an engine, an operational temperature measurement of the engine, and an ambient pressure measurement. The method further includes calculating a pressure comparison value using the operational pressure measurement and the ambient pressure measurement. The method also includes identifying or predicting a deteriorated state of the engine using the pressure comparison value that is calculated and the operational temperature measurement that is received.

Abstract: A heat exchanger comprising a heatsink and/or coldplate is disposed on a semiconductor having a heat-producing die within. A layer of thermal interface material (TIM) is disposed between the heat exchanger and semiconductor to enhance heat dissipation as the semiconductor is operated. A seal including a gasket or edgebond adhesive is provided around the perimeter edges of the heat exchanger and semiconductor to seal the gap around the periphery of the TIM layer to prevent the TIM from getting pumped out with cyclical thermal loading of the assembly. A capillary tube in the heat exchanger extending from the internal TIM layer to an opening exposed to the surrounding environment provides a reservoir to capture TIM that would otherwise be pumped out. Dimensions of the capillary tube are selected to prevent environmental air from passing by the TIM in the tube and getting entrapped in the TIM layer as voids.

Abstract: The heating engine control circuit includes a rail converter circuit and a gate driver circuit. The rail converter circuit is configured to convert a power supply voltage into a power signal based on a vaping enable signal, the vaping enable signal being a pulse width modulated signal. The gate driver circuit includes an integrated gate driver. The integrated gate driver is configured to control application of power to a heater to heat nicotine pre-vapor formulation drawn from a nicotine reservoir at the nicotine electronic vaping device based on the power signal, a first enable signal and a second enable signal.

Abstract: A technique accelerates the generative production of tokens using a target language model that operates in cooperation with a draft language model. The target language model is more capable, but slower, compared to the draft language model. In operation, the draft language model transforms prompt tokens into draft tokens. The target language model edits the draft tokens, e.g., by selecting zero, one, or more of the draft tokens, and by also predicting a next token to follow the draft token(s) (if any) that are selected. Further, the target language model produces guidance vector information. In a subsequent cycle, the draft language model uses the guidance vector information to produce an updated set of set of draft tokens. The guidance vector information informs the draft language model of the embedding space being used by the target language model. This achieves a more effective cooperative relation between the two models.

Abstract: An automated teller machine (ATM) has a display and a wireless communication interface. The ATM may detect a proximity of a mobile computing device and exhibit on its display an indication of the proximity of mobile computing device to the ATM. The ATM may also be configured to detect when the mobile computing device and the ATM have established a wireless communication connection and display a visual cue on the display that the wireless connection has been established. The ATM is configured to synchronize the display of the ATM with a display of the mobile computing device. The displays may be synched temporally and positionally and may display the same or related content, such as an image or animation at the same time.

Abstract: A computer implemented method, system and non-transitory computer-readable device for a remote deposit environment activating, on a client device, a financial application, wherein the financial application is configured to instantiate a customer interface (UI) on the client device. Upon receiving a customer request, based on interactions with the UI, the method implements an electronic deposit of a financial instrument by activating a camera on the client device to generate a live stream of image data of a field of view of at least one camera, wherein the live stream includes imagery of at least a portion of the financial instrument. The method continues by blending common pixels from the imagery to form a blended image, and extracting by an optical character recognition program one or more data fields from the blended image of the financial instrument.

Abstract: Systems and methods are described herein for leveraging offline virtual authentication tokens during periods of inaccessible network connectivity. In some aspects, after determining the system is offline, systems and methods request an authentication code from a user and determine whether the authentication code received from the user is valid. In response to determining that the authentication code is valid, systems and methods select an offline virtual authentication token from the plurality of stored offline virtual authentication tokens associated with the user account.

Abstract: A cargo management system for a motor vehicle, the cargo management system containing a storage compartment located in a floor of the motor vehicle, a first panel configured to stow flush on the vehicle floor to cover the storage compartment in a stowed position and to pivot upward to a vertical position to form a first divider in a deployed position, a second panel configured to pivot relative to the first panel to form a second divider in the deployed position, and at least one foldable basket that stows in a folded basket configuration within the storage compartment in the vehicle floor in the stowed position and deploys upward to an unfolded basket configuration.

Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for configuring a testing device to only perform relevant tests, wherein the test results are more meaningful (e.g., few false-positives) and relevant to the application. Source code is analyzed to determine elements that indicate a particular environment for the source code's corresponding machine code. When the source code indicates that a particular environment is not a candidate for execution of the machine code, tests associated with that particular environment are excluded. The testing device is then configured to perform those tests that are relevant for those environments that actually apply.

Abstract: A process for recovery of olefins includes flashing at least a portion of an alkane feed stream to produce a flashed alkane feed stream, introducing the flashed alkane feed stream in a cold box, a fractionation system, or both as cooling medium, compressing and cooling a gaseous feed stream, separating a compressed and cooled feed stream into first residual vapor stream and first liquid residue stream, cooling the first residual vapor stream, separating a cooled first residual vapor stream into a second vapor residue stream and a second liquid residue stream, separating the first liquid residue stream into an overhead stream of the light removal column and a bottom stream of the light removal column, and fractionating at least a portion of the second liquid residue stream and the bottom stream of the light removal column to produce overhead vapor stream, liquid recycle stream, and bottom liquid stream.

Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure relate to multi-user, multi-device gaze tracking. In examples, a system includes at least one processor, and memory storing instructions that, when executed by the at least one processor, causes the system to perform a set of operations. The set of operations include identifying a plurality of computing devices, and identifying one or more users. The set of operations may further include receiving gaze input data and load data, from two or more of the plurality of computing devices. The set of operations may further include performing load balancing between the plurality of devices, wherein the load balancing comprises assigning one or more tasks from a first of the plurality of computing devices to a second of the plurality of computing devices based upon the gaze input data.

Abstract: A landscape design system and associated methods are disclosed for dynamically generating an at least one water efficient landscape design, consisting of a plurality of water efficient plants, for an at least one site. In at least one embodiment, a computing system is in selective communication with an at least one landscape database. The computing system gathers from an at least one user and the at least one landscape database various details related to the site and the user's plant preferences, then accesses a plant table within the at least one landscape database to obtain select details on a plurality of plants to potentially 10 include in the at least one landscape design. Based on the gathered details, the computing system populates a plant selection list and communicates the plant selection list as a landscape design report to the at least one user.

Abstract: Orally administrable pharmaceutical compositions comprising an incretin or analog or derivative thereof are presented that allow for extended control of blood glucose. Formulations presented herein comprise a self-emulsifying drug delivery system (SEDDS). Advantageously such formulations afford protection from the proteolytic conditions in the upper gastrointestinal tract while allowing for effective drug release and absorption in the lower gastrointestinal tract.

Abstract: A fragrance unit and fragrance assembly for a vehicle having a fragrance box with a bottom wall and a side wall, a fragrance medium located inside the fragrance box, and a fluid channel extending along a first direction of the fragrance box. The fluid channel has an inlet and an outlet, with one of the inlet and the outlet located on the bottom wall and the other on the side wall, to allow airflow to flow into the fluid channel from the inlet, pass through the fragrance medium, and then exit the fluid channel from the outlet. The fluid channel is arranged around the fragrance medium.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method includes receiving sensor data associated with a drive unit and one or more vehicle operating parameters, transforming sensor data into a phase domain based on the one or more vehicle operating parameters, after transforming the sensor data, filtering the sensor data to isolate a gear fault signature from one or more operational signatures associated with the drive unit, separating the gear fault signature into a plurality of gear fault signature segments, extracting one or more health indicators from each of the gear fault signature segments, determining whether each of the one or more extracted health indicators exceeds a threshold health indicator, when at least one of the one or more extracted health indicators exceeds the threshold health indicator, generating a gear health notification indicating a fault condition of the drive unit.

The lug includes a first tool engagement portion, a first frangible portion, and a rim. The rim extends between the first tool engagement portion and the first frangible portion and extends radially inward of the first tool engagement portion. The nut includes a sleeve, a nut head, and a handling member. The sleeve defines a central bore configured to receive the shaft and defining internal threads configured to mate with the external threads. The nut head defining a recess configured to receive the bolt head. The handling member includes a second frangible portion and a second tool engagement portion.

Abstract: Methods and apparatus for determining protein and ligand structure, for identifying ligand docking sites, and for obtaining both peptide and non-peptide drug ligand candidates for target proteins are presented. Methods include receiving a plurality of protein-ligand complex structures at a processor, converting to volumetric probability representation, and generating a training dataset by sequentially transforming the voxel-wise probability distributions. A discrepancy measure between consecutive transformations is bounded; that discrepancy measure between each state and the final diffused state progressively decreases; and localization probability of each residue summed over the diffusion volume is constant. A neural network is trained to learn protein and ligand residue localization, given a diffused representation.
