Abstract: A male touch fastener product has an array of discrete fastening elements extending from a resin base. The elements are formed by molding stems and then deforming at least a rim of a distal end of each head to form an overhanging mushroom-type fastener element. Abstract: The present disclosure provides systems and methods for calibration-free instant motion tracking useful, for example, for rending virtual content in augmented reality settings. In particular, a computing system can iteratively augment image frames that depict a scene to insert virtual content at an anchor region within the scene, including situations in which the anchor region moves relative to the scene. To do so, the computing system can estimate, for each of a number of sequential image frames: a rotation of an image capture system that captures the image frames; and a translation of the anchor region relative to an image capture system, thereby providing sufficient information to determine where and at what orientation to render the virtual content within the image frame.
Abstract: The present gate handle includes a push button that is pushed before the gate handle is slid from a closed position to an open position on top of a support member. The support member includes a resilient button that extends into the gate handle and is pushable out of the gate handle by the push button. The support member further includes side slots that are engaged by side slides extending from the handle.

A pseudo ground height associated with non-anchor cells of the grid map is computed. A Bayesian filtering framework is used to generate a final ground height estimate for the anchor cells and the non-anchor cells based on the instantaneous ground height estimation for the anchor cells, the pseudo ground height associated with non-anchor cells, an estimated ground height from a previous timestamp, or any combinations thereof. The vehicle operates according to the final ground height estimate.

Abstract: A pneumatic excavator is configured to be pneumatically actuated using a safety mechanism, and includes a primary actuator; a secondary actuator fluidly coupled to the primary actuator; a flow valve fluidly coupled to the primary actuator; a shuttle valve fluidly coupled to the primary actuator, the secondary actuator and the flow valve; and a barrel coupled to an egress of the flow valve, the barrel defining an outlet of the pneumatic excavator. Actuating the primary and secondary actuators causes compressed air to be transmitted from the secondary actuator to the primary actuator and then to the flow valve to open the flow valve such that the compressed air exits through the outlet. Actuating one actuator and not the other causes the compressed air to be transmitted to the exit port of the shuttle valve and then to the flow valve to close the flow valve and prevent air flow therethrough.

Abstract: A perforating gun includes a charge holder that is positioned in a carrier. End fittings are affixed to the ends of the holder and support the holder in a longitudinal passage of the carrier. Both end fittings have electrical conductors for an electrical signal disposed therethrough. The first end fitting also has a ground conductor for a ground signal.
