Abstract: Methods, systems, and computer storage media for providing a set of common flat files in a composite image that can be mounted as a container (i.e. composite container) to support isolation and interoperation of computing resources. Container management is provided for a container management system based on a composite image file system engine that executes composite operations to support resource isolation and operating system (OS) virtualization functionality. In particular, a layout manager operates with a composite engine interface to support generating composite images with optimized configurations (i.e., pre-alignment and pre-computed hashes of for executable files). In operation, a plurality of files for generating a composite image are accessed.

Abstract: Systems, apparatuses, and methods are described for monitoring device data and/or gateway data. Devices may be connected to a network via a gateway device. Data transmitted and/or received by one or more of the devices may be captured and monitored to determine various parameters associated with the one or more devices. Data associated with the gateway device may also be captured and monitored. Signal strengths, device statuses, network security, and/or other metrics may be determined based on monitored data.

Abstract: A system for an electrified vehicle, such as a battery electric vehicle (BEV), includes an inverter and a controller. The inverter is configured to drive a traction motor with electrical power from a traction battery, such as a lithium ion phosphate (LFP) traction battery, according to a configuration of a power switch (e.g., IBGT or MOSFET) of the inverter. The system further includes a controller configured to control a variable gate driver resistance for the power switch in a closed loop fashion to achieve a target temperature of the inverter. The system may further include a heating coolant loop for transferring heat generated by the inverter to the traction battery to warm the traction battery. The controller may be further configured to further control a switching frequency of the power switch in the closed loop fashion to achieve the target temperature of the inverter.

Abstract: A smart communication system including a stream processor, a plurality of inputs that are time stamped with times from a chip scaled atomic clock, and a plurality of functional blocks implemented in non-transitory computer-readable mediums. The plurality of functional blocks include an encrypted private distributed ledger block, a fusion engine block, a hashing block, and a predictive analytics block. The plurality of inputs are hashed by the hashing block to produce hashed inputs and the hashed inputs are posted into the encrypted private distributed ledger block as a hash table. The predictive analytics block processes the hash table based upon a predetermined criteria for a particular user or based upon a predictive analytics determined criteria of the particular user to produce a data subset for the particular user. The fusion engine block organizes the data subset for the particular user into an organized data subset.

Abstract: A multi-component dental implant system designed to improve oral hygiene. The dental implant system may comprise an implant body configured to be insertable into at least a portion of an individual's mouth, a primary or first abutment, a dental prosthesis engagement member, and a housing assembly. In use, the first abutment is designed to engage with and secure to the dental prosthesis engagement member. The housing is configured to secure to or cover the dental prosthesis engagement member. The dental implant system allows an individual to remove a prosthesis without the aid of any special tools or instruments.

Abstract: Remote control devices may control electrical loads and/or load control devices of a load control system without accessing electrical wiring. The remote control device may be mounted over a mechanical switch that is installed in a multi-gang wallbox adjacent to a second electrical device, such as another mechanical switch or an electrical receptacle. The second electrical device may be recessed with respect to the remote control device and may be brought forward towards a front surface of the adapter by loosening a first set of screws that attach a yoke of the second electrical device to the multi-gang wallbox, and tightening a second set of screws that attach the adapter to the yoke of the second electrical device. The remote control device may comprise one or more configurable attachment members for attaching the adapter to the yoke of the mechanical switch and/or to the yoke of the second electrical device.

The method may further include determining virtual hubs along the routes, where the virtual hubs include a first virtual hub based on the origin location data and a second virtual hub based on the destination location data. In addition, the method may include receiving market depth data for a geolocation exchange for the geolocation exchange units based on the routes. A train control system for controlling operations of a train may include a train-mounted control unit deployed in the train, and a plurality of fixed control nodes deployed on or in close proximity to a track traversed by the train. Each of the train-mounted control unit and fixed control nodes includes a corresponding communication subsystem that includes transponders and communication circuits, configured for communicating signals. The train-mounted control unit is configured to transmit signals to and receive signals from the plurality of fixed control nodes, with the signals including ultra-wideband (UWB) signals and with at least some of the signals carrying data pertinent to controlling operations of the train; and to determine control information relating to controlling operations of the train based on received UWB signals originating from one or more fixed control nodes.
