Abstract: Methods, systems, and computer readable media can be operable to facilitate a gathering and transmission of monitoring data from a sensor module to a telemetry control center. One or more sensor modules may be attached or otherwise connected to one or more devices that are included within an HFC infrastructure. Each sensor module may include one or more sensors that capture monitoring signals. The sensor module may interface with a communication link that is associated with the device to which it is connected. The sensor module may process the captured monitoring signals and output the processed signals to a telemetry control center, the processed signals being output over a reverse signal path that is utilized by the device to which the sensor module is connected.

Abstract: A side pocket mandrel for use in a gas lift system includes a primary flow bore that is linearly aligned with the primary longitudinal axis of the production tubing. The side pocket mandrel also includes valve pocket that is laterally offset from the primary flow bore, where the valve pocket includes a port that extends through the side pocket mandrel to the annular space (annulus) to place the interior of the valve pocket in fluid communication with the annulus. To prevent the unintended passage of fluids from the interior of the side pocket mandrel to the annulus through the valve pocket and port, the side pocket mandrel includes an integrated check valve within the port that permits the flow of fluids from the annuls into the side pocket mandrel, while preventing the passage of fluids from the side pocket mandrel to the annulus.
Abstract: A hydraulic fracturing system includes a turbine generator for producing electricity at a well site, the turbine generator producing electrical energy at a voltage. The system also includes an electric pump electrically coupled to the turbine generator and receiving operative power from the turbine generator. The system further includes switch gear arranged between the electric pump and the turbine generator, the switch gear distributing electrical energy from the turbine generator to the electric pump, wherein the voltage remains substantially constant from the turbine generator to the electric pump.
Abstract: A method for tracking medical specimens includes, at a first location, preparing a specimen container comprising an identification label having a unique, machine-readable code. Test orders are received and recorded on an electronic test order database. The test orders specify one or more specimens to be collected from a patient at a remote patient specimen collection location. The specimen container is transported to the remote patient specimen collection location and the one or more specimens are collected into the specimen container. The identification label's unique, machine-readable code is scanned, and the unique, machine-readable code is recorded on the electronic test order database for electronically associating the specimen container with the patient.
Abstract: Systems and methods of the present disclosure facilitate managing information technology service level agreements. In some embodiments, the system includes a server that accesses a database storing a support ticket in memory. The support ticket can include a creation time and a service level agreement. The service level agreement can include a maximum response time. The server initiates, via the computer network, responsive to input from a computing device, a chat session associated with the computing device and the support ticket. The initiating can be associated with a time stamp. The server can be configured to determine a compliance with the service level agreement. The compliance can be computed as a difference between the time stamp and the creation time being less than the maximum response time. The server can be configured to generate a notification of the compliance with the service level agreement.

Open cells are not connected and the stent can be unsheathed to enhance flexibility. In one embodiment a ring of proximal closed cells are tapered and the stent is retrievable by engagement of a pushwire assembly.
Abstract: A computing system receives data for a game. The data includes at least one of tracking data or event data. Based on the data for the game, the computing system determines that an event has occurred within the game. Based on the determining, the computing system generates a graphic responsive to the event. The graphic includes insights related to the event. The computing system recommends an image relevant to the event based on metatags associated with the event. The computing system generates a visual element by merging the image and the graphic.

Abstract: Aspects of a synchronous electric motor, including a synchronous interior permanent magnet or a synchronous reluctance motor, are disclosed. The outer edges of pockets and magnet pockets, including flux barriers, selectively include one or more notches at the front of the pockets. The use of these notches may redirect flow of the magnetic flux such that overall torque ripple may be reduced without significantly adversely affecting the average torque output of the motor. In some embodiments, various characteristics of the notches may be changed to achieve optimal performance including number, geometry, and location of the notches on select outer edges of the pockets. Another characteristic includes symmetry of the notches or asymmetry, whether in the radial and longitudinal directions of the rotor.

Abstract: Apparatuses, systems, methods, and computer program products are disclosed for an adaptive photovoltaic system. Solar panel strings comprise solar panels. An adaptive maximum power point tracking (“MPPT”) translator module is in electrical communication with the solar panels of the solar panel strings. An adaptive MPPT translator module comprises a voltage converting unit. An adaptive MPPT translator module is configured to control the solar panels of the solar panel strings according to a MPPT translator algorithm so that each of the solar panel strings vary in number of the solar panels and in power output capacity of the solar panels and physical configurations of the solar panel strings are adaptive to power needs, physical surfaces, and environmental geometric space constraints. A power bus provides electrical communication between the adaptive MPPT translator module and a power hub in electrical communication with a power demand.

Abstract: Disclosed is an antimicrobial coating and antimicrobial laminate that can be used on surfaces to prevent the spread of bacteria and viruses. Spray-on techniques can be used with antimicrobial agents mixed with an air-drying antimicrobial coating and a heated liquid plastic antimicrobial coating. Efficacy of the antimicrobial coating can be monitored by detecting changes in texture, color, opaqueness, fluorescence, and other techniques. Soft plastics and acrylics can be used to suspend the antimicrobial agents to provide better efficacy in the release of antimicrobial agents over time.
Abstract: A method executed by a computing device includes identifying a contingency-action token (CAT) of an object distributed ledger of a secure exchange that meets minimum CAT requirements.
