Abstract: The present invention is a backpack with an expandable compartment designed to store a helmet. The expandable compartment front surface of the outer compartment is made of a sheet of material larger than the dimensions of the expandable compartment, so the expandable compartment may expand when full. The backpack also includes a main compartment, and a rigid surface separating the expandable compartment and the main compartment, allowing the main compartment to maintain the same volume when the expandable compartment is full. The backpack also includes a secondary compartment designed to hold a laptop computer.

Abstract: An eye tracking system for absolute phase unwrapping includes a fringe projector, a camera, and an illumination module. The projector provides a periodical fringe pattern onto the eye and the camera captures a reflection of the fringe pattern. Fourier transform, wavelet transform, phase shifting, and/or variants thereof may be used to determine a phase of the fringe pattern and generate a wrapped phase map. Spatial phase unwrapping is used for phase unwrapping resulting in a relative unwrapped phase map. The illumination module with a known relative position between the fringe projector and the camera is used to create glint(s) on the eye. Detected glints on the original image are used to convert the relative unwrapped phase map to an absolute unwrapped phase map.

Abstract: A hybrid-fabric apparatus comprises a black box memory configured to store a plurality of behavior metrics and an anomaly agent coupled to the black box. The anomaly agent determines a baseline vector corresponding to nominal behavior of the fabric, wherein the baseline vector comprises at least two different behavior metrics that are correlated with each other. The anomaly agent disaggregates anomaly detection criteria into a plurality of anomaly criterion to be distributed among network nodes in the fabric, the anomaly detection criteria characterizing a variation from the baseline vector, and each of the plurality of anomaly criterion comprising a function of a measured vector of behavior metrics. The variation can be calculated based on a variation function applied to a vector of measured behavior metrics having elements corresponding to member elements of the baseline vector. Anomaly criterion statuses calculated by at least some of the network nodes are aggregated.
