The mechanical system of the autonomous vehicle is controlled by the computing system based upon the detected imminent lane change.

In an implementation, an annealing process creates large grains or large metallic crystals of copper in large damascene cavities, while a thinner layer of copper over the field of a substrate anneals into smaller grains of copper. The large grains of copper in the damascene cavities resist dishing defects during chemical-mechanical planarization (CMP), resulting in very flat damascene features. In an implementation, layers of resist and layers of a second coating material may be applied in various ways to resist dishing during chemical-mechanical planarization (CMP), resulting in very flat damascene features.

The composite material coating is removed from the top surface of the substrate.

The client is provided the public key, but the private key is stored in a hardware security module (HSM) that the client is not able to access. The secure vault service accesses the HSM and generates the digital certificate, which is then passed to the client. The digital certificate may be added to a security token request submitted to an identity provider. The identity provider determines whether the digital signature came from the private key.
