Abstract: A medical tubing organizer includes a base defining a longitudinal direction, a lateral direction being defined as substantially orthogonal to the longitudinal direction, and a vertical direction being defined as substantially orthogonal to the longitudinal and lateral directions. A tube retainer is positioned on a top of the base and configured to receive a medical tube that extends along the lateral direction. The tube retainer is further configured to adjust between a free flow state and a retention state, wherein, in the free flow state, the tube retainer is configured to enable movement of the medical tube in the lateral direction and resist movement in the longitudinal direction, and in the retention state, the tube retainer is configured to resist movement in the lateral, longitudinal, and vertical directions. A connector is positioned on the base for selectively coupling the medical tubing organizer to a structure.

Abstract: A strap tie includes a body including a receiving channel and a strap engagement member. The receiving channel extends through the body. The receiving channel is configured to receive a remote strap. The engagement member is configured to engage a movement restriction member of the remote strap to prevent translation of the remote strap away from the body. The strap extends from the body. The strap includes a proximal end attached to the body, a distal end opposite the proximal end, and a plurality of movement restriction members. The rotational element of the body is configured to removably couple to a base to allow the strap tie to rotate relative to the base.
Abstract: The present disclosure provides methods related to determining the level of afucosylated Fc glycans in IgG antibodies in a biological sample from a subject. This level can be used in methods aimed at monitoring and/or treating subject suffering from an acute flavivirus infection and/or who are at risk for progression to clinically significant infection or disease. This level can also be used in a vaccination method to ensure that those who receive a flavivirus vaccine have a reduced risk of reacting to the vaccine be developing clinically significant infection or disease. The disclosure also provides treatment methods based on inhibiting Fc?RIIA or Fc?RIIIA receptor signaling. Also provided are novel cell lines that are useful in measuring afucosylated Fc glycans.

Abstract: The present disclosure describes thermal mitigation for an electronic speaker device and associated systems and methods. The thermal mitigation includes monitoring several thermal zones to determine or estimate thermal conditions in corresponding parts of the electronic speaker device. The thermal zones may include a System-on-Chip (SoC) integrated circuit (IC) component, audio components including power-dissipating IC components, and a temperature of an exterior surface of a housing component of the electronic speaker device. To mitigate thermal runaway, different throttling schemes may be triggered based on the thermal zones exceeding certain thermal limits. The throttling schemes may include reducing the amount of power supplied to the SoC, reducing audio power of the audio components to a lower wattage, or manipulating SoC cores such as by disabling one or more of the cores or adjusting utilization of the SoC cores.
