Abstract: In a method for provisioning account information of a payment card, user datum encryption information is transmitted to a transaction data processing system. A user datum encrypted using the user datum encryption information and a request to share account provisioning information is received from the transaction data processing system when the payment card is present by a user at the transaction data processing system. A user account associated with the payment card is determined and the user of the payment card is authenticated. A request for confirmation that the account provisioning information should be shared is sent to a user device associated with the user account and a confirmation response is received from the user device that includes permission to share account provisioning information. Account provisioning information is then transmitted to the transaction data processing system.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method of providing a notification to a user may include: obtaining a plurality of trigger conditions; monitoring a web session of the user to determine whether a trigger condition of the plurality of trigger conditions is satisfied; and in response to determining that the trigger condition is satisfied, executing a notification process, wherein the notification process includes: obtaining vendor information based on the trigger condition that is triggered, the vendor information including information associated with one or more vendors associated with the trigger condition that is triggered and/or alternative offer information associated with the one or more vendors; and causing display of a notification, the notification including information corresponding to the one or more vendors and/or the alternative offer information.

Abstract: A system comprising an electronic pricing system configured to receive information corresponding to a designed product and determine an initial price(s) as well as initial values of other business variables associated with the price. The system allows a user to enter a change to a price or the other business variable to instantly discover how the change affects other variables and optionally how the change affects one or more allowable ranges of acceptable values of other variables. The user can then lock the value of one or more of the variables and prices and change others to instantly discover how a change to one affects the others. The user can then order manufacture of the designed product as a function of values of price and other business variables.

The processor can also execute the user interface manager to generate a user interface for the system, wherein the type of the user interface manager comprises a plurality of rules to indicate a layout of the user interface.

Abstract: Embodiments described herein are directed to managing device compliance for devices that are connected to an enterprise network. For example, a mobile device manager may provide configuration settings to a computing device, which implements the settings in order to be compliant with an enterprise's data and/or security policy. The mobile device manager also maintains a local reference of each device's configuration settings implemented thereby. When the mobile device manager subsequently performs a determination as to whether the computing device is still in compliance, the mobile device manager simply needs to refer to the local reference to determine the computing device's settings instead of explicitly querying the computing device for its settings.

Abstract: Embodiments disclosed herein relate generally to techniques for mitigating blockages associated with satellite systems. More specifically, techniques disclosed herein, describe solutions for minimizing service interruption during satellite handover. One or more blockages associated with one or more user terminals that connect to a satellite system may be determined by various means. Utilizing those blockages, handover times for the one or more user terminals may be determined such that service interrupts may be minimized.

Abstract: The generation, association, and display of in-game tags are disclosed. Such tags introduce an additional dimension of community participation to both single and multiplayer games. Through such tags, players are empowered to communicate through filtered text messages and images as well as audio clips that other game players, including top rated players, have generated and placed at particular coordinates and/or in context of particular events within the game space. Users may generate the tags using standard push-button commands, gestures via gesture-recognition commands, or voice commands such as “drop tag.” The presently described in-game tags and associated user generated content further allow for label based searches with respect to game play, as well as community participation and feedback.

Abstract: A navigation system can identify locations of interest at a route destination. Those locations of interest at the destination can fall within a predetermined distance of the destination or those that are responsive to a query that includes the destination as a parameter. The navigation system can receive a selection of an identified location of interest near the destination, and update a route to terminate at the identified location of interest rather than the original destination. Information identifying the origin and destination for the route can be collected at a first user device and the route can be displayed at a second user device. Additional information is then received from the first user device (such as a selection of an identified location of interest near the destination). This additional information received at the first user device is used to update the route that is displayed on the second user device.

Abstract: Systems, devices, and methods relate to generation of augmented images using virtual content that is part of an augmented reality presentation and images of a scene captured via an image sensor. A wearable heads-up display (WHUD) may present an augmented reality presentation with virtual content projected into a field of view of a scene, while an image sensor captures images of the scene. The image sensor may be part of the WHUD or part of a separate device, for instance part of a smartphone. A wearer may view a scene via the WHUD and capture an image of all or a portion of the scene, for instance via a camera of either the WHUD or a separate device. An application monitors the virtual content and can generate an augmented image, which can be transmitted/printed, replicating the augmented reality experience and/or adding customized messages to the resulting augmented image.

Abstract: In non-limiting examples of the present disclosure, systems, methods and devices for providing personalized experiences to a computing device based on user input such as voice, text and gesture input are provided. Acoustic patterns associated with voice input, speech patterns, language patterns and natural language processing may be used to identify a specific user providing input from a plurality of users, identify user background characteristics and traits for the specific user, and topically categorize user input in a tiered hierarchical index. Topically categorized user input may be supplemented with user data and world knowledge and personalized responses and feedback for an identified specific user may be provided reactively and proactively.

Abstract: An electronic device with multiple modes of attachment is disclosed herein. In one or more embodiments, the electronic device includes a device assembly having a housing; a clip member coupled to the housing; a first magneto coupler coupled to the housing; and a removable member having a second magneto coupler. The second magneto coupler of the removable member is capable of being magnetically coupled to the first magneto coupler that is coupled to the housing, so the magnetic coupling allows the housing to be attached to a non-edge portion of a non-metallic and/or non-magnetic item when the item is placed between the first magneto coupler and the removable member. The clip member allows the housing to be attached to, and detached from, an edge of a non-metallic and/or non-magnetic item when the removable member is magnetically coupled to the housing, and there is no item between the first magneto coupler and removable member.

Abstract: An accessory slide stop is retrofit for commercially available and military application pistols. The slide stop acts as an add-on lever that replaces an existing lever of the pistol. The slide stop helps decrease the time it takes to reload the pistol. The slide stop is an extended body over that which is known in the art. The slide stop optimizes a position from which the slide stop can be hit by the operator, allows the operator to use either hand as the his or her support hand (non-trigger hand) without having to include two slide stops on each side of the pistol, and even changes the direction in which the operator is allowed to hit the slide stop in order to release the slide such that it is consistent with the direction in which the operator's support hand is already traveling as a result of reloading a charged magazine into the pistol.
