Abstract: Apparatus and methods of artificial intelligent based provision of digital content where and when the digital content is needed based upon where an agent is located and a purpose for accessing the content. A location of a user seeking to access the digital content may be used that enables access to the content. Persistent digital content is linked to location coordinates. A physical onsite location may be linked with digital content to enable provision of a user interface with augmented reality that combines aspects of the physical area with location specific digital content. In addition, access to digital content may be limited to users in defined access areas.

Abstract: A favorable merging or grouping of simply connected regions into which the array of information samples is sub-divided, is coded with a reduced amount of data. Abstract: Single-stage and multi-stage systems and methods for the recovery of critical elements in substantially pure form from lithium ion batteries are provided. The systems and methods include supported membrane solvent extraction using an immobilized organic phase within the pores of permeable hollow fibers. The permeable hollow fibers are contacted by a feed solution on one side, and a strip solution on another side, to provide the simultaneous extraction and stripping of elements from dissolved lithium ion cathode materials, while rejecting other elements from the feed solution. The single- and multi-stage systems and methods can selectively recover cobalt, manganese, nickel, lithium, aluminum and other elements from spent battery cathodes and are not limited by equilibrium constraints as compared to traditional solvent extraction processes.

The primary light pulse illuminates the target region according to a primary light intensity of the primary light pulse. The method also involves emitting a secondary light pulse. Abstract: Embodiments for managing metadata in a high density network attached storage system. A change file list is obtained though external or internal crawler processes. A slicer creates multiple slices of the entire fileshare to enable parallel backup of the slices. A backup engine creates a separate backup containers and separate metadata files for each slice. The individual metadata files are combined into a single consolidated metadata file, and the individual metadata files are then deleted. The consolidated metadata file contains all of the elements comprising the entire fileshare, and a corresponding container ID is also added to each entry of the file. Another table contains details of the sub-assets and their backup properties. A backup agent obtains the backup IDs for the individual sub-assets, using a job ID field for a backup query operating on the single consolidated metadata file.

Abstract: A safety screen assembly that couples to or is a component of an equipment bag for sports training is disclosed. The safety screen assembly is configured to be coupled with an equipment bag and function as a rolling carrier in a first configuration, and convert to a full-sized safety screen in a second configuration utilizing the equipment bag as a ballast and support. In a preferred embodiment the safety screen is designed to protect a pitcher from batted balls during batting practice.

Abstract: Transfection of plant cells with dsRNA through foliar application encounters cuticle, cell wall and plasmalemma three major barriers. We developed cationic polymer and sugar based formulations and protocols that can effectively deliver dsRNA into plant cells resulted in gene silencing. This disclosure covers the novel methods to deliver dsRNA into plant suspension cells with ‘one step’ treatment and plant foliar cells with ‘one step’ topical application.

Abstract: Described herein is a system and method for determining whether a detected issue in a computing system is a bug introduced by a developer or an intermittent issue. When an issue is detected, information about the issue is received. A determination is then made as to whether the issue is a new issue or whether it has been previously detected. When it is determined that the issue is a new issue, information about the issue is stored in a storage device. A feature vector is generated for the issue and is analyzed to determine a probability that the issue is a bug. When it is determined that the issue is a bug, the occurrence of the issue is reported to a user of the system that can correct the bug. Once the bug is corrected, the correction is provided back to the system and is used to train the system.
Abstract: Embodiments of the invention provide swallowable devices, preparations and methods for delivering drugs and other therapeutic agents within the GI tract. Particular embodiments provide a swallowable device such as a capsule for delivering drugs into the intestinal wall or other GI lumen. Embodiments also provide various drug preparations that are configured to be contained within the capsule, advanced from the capsule into the intestinal wall and degrade within the wall to release the drug to produce a therapeutic effect. The preparation can be coupled to a delivery mechanism having one or more balloons or other expandable devices which are expandable responsive to a condition in the small intestine or other GI lumen to advance the preparation out of the capsule into the intestinal wall. Embodiments of the invention are particularly useful for the delivery of drugs which are poorly absorbed, tolerated and/or degraded within the GI tract.
