  • Patent number: 11797050
Abstract: An electronic device includes a first device housing and a second device housing that is slidable along the first device housing. The electronic device includes a flexible display and a slider framework fixedly coupled to the first device housing. A display mover slidably couples the flexible display to the slider framework, while a housing mover slidably couples the second device housing to the slider framework. An actuator coupled between the display mover and the housing mover causes the display mover and the housing mover to slide symmetrically in opposite directions along the slider framework when the second device housing slides relative to the first device housing between a closed position and an open position.

  • Patent number: 11794151
Abstract: An automatic brine salinity control system receives salt brine, by way of an on-off valve, at its inner end. The control system also receives fresh water, by way of a control valve, from a source of fresh water. The salt brine and the fresh water are mixed to reduce the salinity of the mixture. The salt brine-fresh water mixture is fed to the inner end of a mass flow sensor which measures the mass flow rates, density, volume flow rate, temperature and concentration thereof and transfers the data to a Programmable Logic Controller and computer. The mixture, after being discharged from the mass flow sensor, is fed to a three-way valve which is selectively connected to a storage tank, a waste tank or the brine production system. The PLC and computer controls the operation of the three-way valve, the control valve and the on-off valve.

  • Patent number: 11797090
Abstract: Examples are disclosed relating to providing haptic output to a stylus. In one example, rotational position data indicating a rotational position of the stylus about a longitudinal axis of the body of the stylus is received. Travel direction data indicating a direction of travel of a tip of the stylus relative to a touch-sensitive screen of a computing device is also received. Using at least the rotational position data and the travel direction data, one or more characteristics of a drive signal are determined. The drive signal is then transmitted to a haptic feedback mechanism within the body of the stylus to generate haptic output at the body.

  • Patent number: 11798638
Abstract: Technology for mitigating interference to select transistors in 3D memory is disclosed. In one aspect, a control circuit pre-charges a first set of bit lines to a first voltage and pre-charges a second set of bit lines to a second voltage greater than the first voltage. The control circuit may increase the voltage on the first set of bit lines to the second voltage while the second set of bit lines are floating to couple up the voltages on the second set of bit lines to a voltage greater than the second voltage. The higher voltage on the second set of bit lines compensates for interference that some of the select transistors may experience from an adjacent select line. For example, the higher voltage can prevent a leakage current in the select transistors from occurring. Preventing the leakage current can improve boosting of NAND channel voltages, thereby preventing program disturb.
